Abstract: A cooling bed system is configured to provide a cooling airflow around a patient suffering from heat exhaustion, heat stroke and or burns. A cooling bed system produces an airflow over a patient and preferably an airflow from both above and below the patient to more effectively and quickly cool the patient. A cooling bed system may also include a liquid dispenser that creates mist that is carried by the airflow to further cool the patient. A patient may be supported by a platform having a plurality of openings to allow airflow and mist to pass therethrough. A controller controls the airflow rate and/or temperature of the air, and may also control the liquid dispensing rate and/or temperature of the liquid as a function of an input from a temperature sensor to effectively and safely cool the patient.

Abstract: A temperature regulating pad has an air-permeable top layer, a perforated middle layer, and a bottom layer. The perforated middle layer is located between the top layer and the bottom layer. The top layer and the perforated middle layer delimit an upper airspace and the perforated middle layer and the bottom layer delimit a lower airspace. A slot is disposed through the pad to create a flap that can fold over onto the top of the patient. Forced air is received into the lower airspace and flows from the lower airspace into the upper airspace through the perforated middle layer, exiting the air-permeable top layer into an external airspace surrounding the patient. With the patient resting on the pad and the foldable flap deployed, warm air flows directly from underneath and above to regulate the temperature of the patient.

Abstract: A method for the production of dental prosthetic moulded parts as well as a ready for use, polymerisable dental material for the production of dental prosthetic moulded parts, such as of total or partial prostheses, parts of bridges, crowns, is proposed. The ready for use dental material, optionally after mixing the separated two paste dental material having an initiator system separated into the pastes and otherwise being essentially identical dental material, is immediately curable or polymerisable, respectively, into prosthetic moulded parts without swelling time. A kit comprising the ready for use, polymerisable dental material, as well as the use of the kit and a method for the production of dental prosthetic moulded parts is also a subject matter of the invention.

Abstract: Photo-curable compositions for artificial teeth and denture base and a method for manufacturing denture by a three-dimensional printing system are provided. The compositions include photo-curable organic compounds, surface modified nano-sized inorganic filler, photo-initiator, colorant, and stabilizer. The composition is in a viscous liquid state having 1,000-5,200 cps at room temperature and has a low viscosity of 50-500 cps at 70° C. The composition also has an excellent curing rate for three-dimensional printing. Using the compositions, denture having a distinctive denture base and a set of artificial teeth can be manufactured via an inkjet type or digital light process type three-dimensional printing according to Computer Aided Design (CAD) data.

The two-liquid mixing-type aerosol toothpaste of the present invention has a double-structure container including a propellant filling space and two liquid concentrate filling spaces and having a discharging mechanism for simultaneously discharging contents filled in the two liquid concentrate filling spaces. The propellant filling space is filled with a propellant composed of a compressed gas. A first liquid concentrate filling space is filled with a first liquid concentrate composition containing an active ingredient and having a viscosity of 1,000 to 125,000 mPa·s at a temperature of 20° C. A second liquid concentrate filling space is filled with a second liquid concentrate composition free of the active ingredient and having a viscosity of 1,000 to 125,000 mPa·s at a temperature of 20° C.
