Abstract: A protective garment consisting of an exterior clothing garment not limited in style (pants, shorts, romper, knickers, overalls, etc.) with a separate but affixed inner barrier garment layer designed to protect a child's or adult's clothing and environment from an accidental urination or bowel movement. It aids in the training of a child or adult using a waterproof garment allowing the sensation of the child or adult wetting themselves to heighten awareness of the accident while preventing the wetness from penetrating the barrier layer and keeping the exterior of protective garment dry by trapping the excrement until removed. The function is designed to promote faster orientation to using the proper facilities when excreting bodily waste while protecting the clothing and environment of the user from said waste.

Abstract: A hair accessory device includes a male snap member and a female snap member. The female snap member mates with the male snap member. At least one of the snap members includes an aperture for feeding hair there through. The male and female snap members are moveable between a first position, in which a snap is formed and the hair is retained, and a second position, in which the snap is disengaged. A hair accessory is placed in communication with the male snap member, the female snap member, or both male and female snap members. Preferred implementations employ pluralities of male and female snap member, and dual snap members.

Abstract: The present helmet invention combines lightweight, impact absorption materials, force distribution structures, and means for affixing a facemask and straps to the helmet for reducing the risk of head injury. The internal construction of the helmet uses the combination of three or more elliptically shaped rings, each referred to as a “halo ring.” The halo rings are rigidly affixed to u-shaped torsion bars, and together form a cage. The cage covers areas of the head and skull vulnerable to injury, operating to disperse and thereby dissipate external impacts at any point where forces on the helmet's external surface are transferred to the ovoid-like cage.

Abstract: An apparatus which may be used to protect a user's mouth, nose, chin, ears, and jaw from projectiles, direct impacts, air contaminants, and reduce concussive impact to the ears. Before air flowing into the apparatus is filtered by a filter member upstream of a mouthpiece, the air flow first passes through a plurality of conduits in a nose and protection member, where the nose and chin protection member is fabricated from an impact resistant material. Each of the conduits has a deflection member which changes the direction of the air flow. The user's exhalations do not flow back through the filter member but are rather redirected through side ports in the mouth piece.
