Abstract: A modular rotatable disc-target for competitive games provides an easily dismantling and easily transportable goal that can be reconfigured to increase or decrease the difficulty of a competitive game. The modular rotatable disc-target for competitive game has a goal frame, a first goal post, a second goal post, a base frame, and a locking mechanism. Players playing the competitive game attempt to propel a disc-shaped projectile through the goal frame to win the game. The goal frame is rotatably supported on opposite ends by the first goal post and the second goal post. The base frame prevents the goal frame from being displaced from the desired position on the playing field. Players can choose between different difficulty levels by using the locking mechanism to lock the rotation angle of the goal frame. This makes it more difficult to propel the disc-shaped throwing object past the goal frame.

Abstract: A sports practice apparatus includes one or more target areas, one or more tunneling sections, and mounting apparatus. A first tunneling section is operably associated with a first target area. The first tunneling section has a receiving end and a target end and narrows from the receiving end towards the target end. The narrowing of the first tunneling section follows a trajectory that conforms to desired trajectory of a sports ball set into motion during practice. The first tunneling section is constructed of a material that prevents the sports ball from existing the first tunneling section other than at the target end.

Abstract: A golf training aid simulating a grass whip consists of a club shaft, a neck portion, and a blade portion. The blade portion is connected to the club shaft via the neck portion. The club shaft replicates the shaft of a golf club. The blade portion replicates the club head of the golf club. The weight for the blade portion is specifically selected so that the wrists of the user adjusts along with the swing. Moreover, the shape of the blade portion is specifically shaped to minimize air resistance. The shape of the blade portion also helps the blade portion to smoothly cut through grass. Since the apparatus helps the user practice on striking grass during a swing, when a golf club is used with a golf ball, the user can accurately strike the ball at an optimal contact point.

Abstract: An illuminating hockey puck and hockey goal monitoring system is provided. The hockey puck comprises a standard size hockey puck with an imbedded RF receiver, electrical circuit, and a power source therein. The receiver functions in coordination with the hockey goal monitoring system, which registers when the receiver passes over its threshold to energize a light source either in the puck or along the goal itself. The monitoring system comprises a transmitter connected to an energized wire disposed within the goal posts and over the threshold of the goal, whereby the proximity of the receiver to the wire can be measured and the system registers when the puck has entered the goal.

Abstract: A system and method for easily and frequently checking the gas bladder pressure levels in a sports player's helmet and refilling them to maintain optimum head protection for the player. The system and method involve an electronic hand-held gas pump that wirelessly communicates with an adjacent wireless device that comprises a software application for controlling pump operation. The software application allows a user to build a player helmet profile that automatically displays current gas pressure in the gas bladder to which the pump is currently connected. The system and method establish a preferred gas pressure level for every bladder in the helmet when the helmet is being worn and when the helmet is not being worn. Spreadsheets for an entire team can be generated, not only depicting the preferred gas pressure levels but time/date data for periodic checks in order to maintain every bladder to its preferred gas pressure level.
