Abstract: Disclosed is a portable hair extension holder comprising a foldable main body with an attached clip-engaging system and retaining members for keeping hair extensions protected and organized between uses. The clip-engaging system includes non-rigid elements, preferably assembled in a grid, which provide a surface for attaching hair extensions in an organized arrangement. A process for attaching hair extensions to the clip-engaging system is also disclosed.

The at least one panel at least partially defines an opening configured to receive and retain a u-lock about the backpack. The at least one panel can be positioned to intersect the sagittal plane of the individual. An upper edge of the at least one panel is configured to vertically support the u-lock and is positioned at an angle relative to the transverse plane of the individual. The upper edge of the u-lock holder is positioned proximate the scapular region of the individual in order to grasp the u-lock by reaching over either shoulder. The opening has a substantially consistent cross-sectional area such that the u-lock can be in a locked configuration when inserting and removing the u-lock. A method of retaining the u-lock with the u-lock holder is provided.

Abstract: A detachable hair brush apparatus is disclosed. The hair brush apparatus may comprise a handle with elongated metal extension rods at one end and at least one hollow brush head for insertion around the metal extension rods. In a locked position, the metal extension rods extend substantially through a base of the brush head. At least one button may be located on said handle for releasing the mechanical locking engagement. Torque provided by a user of the hair brush apparatus is absorbed by the metal extension rods of the hair brush handle. In this way, functional separation of two distinct systems is provided for, namely the function of “attaching” and the function of “absorbing torque”. This will make for increased robustness of each system. In a preferred embodiment, neither the handle nor the at least one hollow brush head comprises a magnet for coupling.

Abstract: An interchangeable brush head with ultrasound action makes it possible by way of the thin wall, which has a wall thickness of equal to or less than a millimeter and a low damping coefficient, for the energy to be transmitted as directly as possible by the ultrasonic waves into the effective medium, whereby the otherwise very high losses in the case of such prior-art appliances of the type in question are largely avoided, wherein, at the same time, the safety-related and dental-care aspects and the user-friendliness are increased. Further advantageous measures for increasing the efficiency of transmission are also present. Certain embodiments have only a directly interchangeable insert with the bristles thereon, this being environmentally friendly, user-friendly and cost-saving. The handle sections of the two halves are joined together and may be overmolded with an elastomeric material.

The enclosure tilts from a concealed position in which the top plate is flush with both the first and second bezel, to an open position in which the face plate of the enclosure is exposed.
