A spout assembly includes a spout and a cap. The spout has a cylindrical sidewall; a cylindrical base provided at the lower end of the sidewall and having a larger outer diameter than the sidewall; and a disk-like flange extending outward from the lower end of the base. The cap has a cylindrical peripheral wall with an internal thread and is screwed from the upper end side of the spout sidewall. The spout sidewall has an external thread engaging the internal thread of the cap and a recess located between the external thread and the base.

Abstract: Syrup dispensing cups are provided that include a body structure that includes a first polyester or co-polyester resin with one or more first co-monomers incorporated into the first resin at a first mol % and having an intrinsic viscosity from about 0.45 dL/g to about 1.3 dL/g when measured at a temperature of 25 C. The body structure has a first opening that is sealed with a first sealing layer and a second opening sealed with a second sealing layer, in which each sealing layer includes a second PET-based co-polyester resin having one or more second co-monomers incorporated into the second resin at a second mol %, and the ratio of the first mole % to the second mol % is less than 1. Methods for or enhancing the shelf-life of syrup dispensing cups are also provided.

Abstract: A pallet adapter, system and method for restraining air cargo during flight are disclosed. A pallet adapter shifts a shipping container in an inboard direction of an aircraft so that the container does not contact an interior structure of the aircraft. Rigid restraints restrain the container from moving in the vertical direction during flight. Corner fittings restrain the container from moving in the fore-and-aft direction and the side-to-side direction during flight.

Abstract: A keg positioning system is provided having a flexible portion of an internal spear for beverages dispensed from the internal cavity of a beverage keg. The flexible portion enables use of the keg in both a vertical or horizontal orientations, with minimal waste of the beverage. A frame may also be employed to provide for vertical stacking of multiple kegs above a support floor space sized for the lowest frame in the stack.

The fabric totes may be accessed and transported, manually and/or mechanically, via interaction with the handles.

This involves impeding separation of liquid and ice components of a slurry ice mixture, and more particularly relates to impeding the separation of liquid and frozen components of a slurry food product mixture, such as, for example, a slurry juice. This can be done by providing catches within a container. These catches may be of various size, shape, structure, and position. These catches hold ice crystal volume in various places within the container to assist in preventing the total volume of ice crystal to rise to the top of a container.

The lid is connected to the body via a hinge, and includes a cover portion and a protrusion extending outwardly therefrom. The cover portion is configured to move between a FIRST position corresponding to the cover portion covering the opening, and a SECOND position corresponding to the cover portion not covering the opening. The directing portion extends from one of the body and the cover portion, and at least partially encloses the protrusion when the cover portion is in the FIRST position. When the cover portion moves from the FIRST position to the SECOND position, the protrusion moves away from the directing portion.

Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.

The floor and the plurality of inner side walls define an interior space of the shell to receive the item and an opening to the interior space. The gap can be an air-filled cavity, or be filled with a compostable or recyclable core material.

The bulk material storage container includes a panel-less frame having a top portion and a bottom portion, which is supported by cross bracing. A hatch is coupled to the top portion of the frame. The hatched is opened when loading the bulk material into the container and closed during transport. A gravity feed outlet is coupled to the bottom portion of the frame. The outlet is opened to dispense the bulk material out of the container and closed during transport. A containment structure is further provided, which has a greater storage capacity over conventional containers. The containment structure is defined by an upper portion formed of a soft material and a bottom portion formed of a rigid material. The containment structure is attached to the frame at least at the hatch and the gravity feed outlet.
