The valve actuator is manipulatable by a user of the respirator while wearing the respirator to control movement of the valve member.

Abstract: A filtering face-piece respirator that has a harness and a mask body where the mask body includes a filtering structure and a support structure. An exhalation valve is attached to the mask body and includes a valve seat that is integral to the mask body. The present invention is beneficial in that it eliminates the need to separately manufacture some or all of the non-dynamic parts of the exhalation valve. There also is no need to subsequently attach the valve seat to the mask body.

A rapid chemical deactivation of the active ingredient or ingredients in the pharmaceutical then occurs by a chemical oxidation process. Upon contact with the water, the immobilizing agent swells or expands in volume to form a gel or slurry, binding the other components in the container within the gel or slurry, where they remain after disposal. The system can be in the form of a kit, or can be scaled up for use by municipalities or institutions.

When in the water, pushing the handle out from a user's chest and then pulling the handle back to the chest will cause a motion in the user's leg similar to a leg kick, thus allowing a user with limited or no function in their legs to propel him/herself in the water.

Abstract: Multi-layered golf balls containing a two or three-layered core assembly are provided. In one embodiment, the core assembly includes an inner core (center) comprising a thermoset composition, an intermediate core layer; and surrounding outer core layer. Preferably, the thermoplastic composition comprises: a) ethylene acid copolymer, b) plasticizer, and c) cation source. A fatty acid ester such as ethyl oleate is preferably used as the plasticizer. A second thermoset composition such as polybutadiene rubber may be used to form the outer core layer. The core layers have different hardness levels. In another embodiment, a two-layered core structure is provided. For example, the inner core and/or outer core layer may be made of the plasticized thermoplastic composition. The core structure and resulting ball have relatively good resiliency at given compressions.

The sensor may further comprise a processor which may perform instructions to detect the impact of the golf club with a golf ball and determine the start of the golf swing without any additional input from the user. Abstract: A method and system for using a low resolution image of a golfer's swing for analysis is disclosed. Cameras obtain images of various portions of a golfer's swing. A computer calculates parameters associated with a golfer and a golf club from the images. Parameters include body angles, head position, shoulder positions, arm positions, hand positions, leg positions, foot positions, club shaft angles, and club head position. Different portions of the swing are captured using the cameras, including a static initial address, a backswing, a downswing, a forward swing, and a follow-through. A computer uses measured parameters from two or more portions of the swing to determine comparative parameters during different portions of the swing. The computer uses the parameters to generate swing analysis outputs, including swing characteristic information and/or swing profile information. A correlation table relates identified swing analysis outputs to recommendations to the golfer to improve the swing.

The computer-generated interactive media is generated based on the real-world media.
