In some embodiments, a hair-coloring-composition (HCC) prediction-engine is responsive to input received via the HTOP UI to compute, from the initial hair-state data and from the target color-state, a customized hair-coloring composition predicted to transform a color state of the user's hair from the initial color state to the target color state. This may be performed according to the multi-objective relative-importance data.

The safety assembly provides a back pack having a top handle disposed along an upper portion thereof. The back pack is connected to a belt and arm straps to secure around the wearer. Two spaced apart leg straps depend from the belt and converge at an attachment point. A connector depends from the attachment point, wherein the connector is adapted to engage the belt in a locked configuration. A bottom handle depends from the connector. When the wearer is in need of rescue, a rescuer may utilize the top or bottom handle of the safety assembly to drag the wearer to safety, while the leg straps secures the safety assembly through the rescue process.

One embodiment is comprised of webbing material with one or two primary loop(s) having a loop buckle that slides along the primary loop and a strap element that in combination with the loop buckle creates a secondary adjustable secondary loop. The secondary adjustable secondary loop is used to hold a surfboard or other object securely in place via gravity acting on the object being carried and the primary loop, or adjustable primary loop supports the surfboard from one or both of the user's shoulder allowing hands free operation. When not utilized as a carrier the device can be worn, such as a belt. The user keeps the primary loop compressed together, wraps the carrier around his/her waist, through the loop buckle and then attaches it back onto itself. Abstract: An improved joint is provided for modular furniture. The joint includes a locking tab and slot. The tab is held in the slot such that the tab cannot be moved out of a locking section of the slot without elastically bending the tabbed panel to prevent inadvertent disassembly of the item of furniture. The tab and slot configuration may also provide increased stiffness and rigidity to the piece of furniture while allowing the piece of furniture to be assembled without fasteners such as screws or nails.

Abstract: An article of wicker furniture is provided that includes one or more wicker lengths, where the length includes a fin portion extending from a raised portion. Disclosed embodiments employ a Q-shaped wicker length as an example. When installed or affixed on a frame of an article of furniture, the fin portion may be stapled or otherwise connected to the frame, such that the Q-shaped wicker lengths overlap each other to form a nested configuration that is protective of the points of affixation, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Also provided are methods of manufacturing an article of wicker furniture using Q-shaped wicker lengths.
