Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of undergarments, bras, or swimsuit accessories, and is directed to providing a bra cup having sustainable three-dimensional corrugations and a manufacturing method thereof with simple processes. The bra cup is formed by compression molding with a composite layer material and has a protruding outer side face and a concave inner side face. The outer side face has outer corrugations of the cup that are formed by compression molding. The composite layer material comprises at least: an outer fabric layer; an inner fabric layer; and an intermediate foaming layer. The intermediate foaming layer has a first surface bonding to the outer fabric layer and a second surface bonding to the inner fabric layer, the first surface having second protruding or concave corrugations, the second protruding or concave corrugations mating with the first protruding or concave corrugations to form the outer corrugations of the cup.

Abstract: A guard and method for securing a guard around an electronic monitoring device that is secured to a monitored individual's limb is provided. The guard includes a flexible fabric having an inner surface for receiving the electronic monitoring device, at least one fastener attached to a top portion of the inner surface and a bottom portion of an outer surface of the flexible fabric for releasably retaining the top portion to the bottom portion, and at least one ribbon loop. In one form, the flexible fabric includes a pair of peripheral edges disposed parallel to each other and each edge includes a cutout.

Abstract: A body shaping garment element includes a garment and a bulge minimizer. The garment includes a superior edge, interior portion, and exterior portion. The bulge minimizer includes a stretchable element and a padded element. The stretchable element includes two ends and is affixed to the garment along the superior edge on the interior portion. The padded element may be removably placed between the stretchable element and the garment though a variety of means, thereby minimizing any bulging of adipose tissue of the wearer above the superior edge of the garment.

An adjustment mechanism coupled to the second layer of material can be mechanically manipulated to shift the second layer of material between different positions or states to achieve variable levels of offset between the first and second layers of material in the first planar direction and in a second direction perpendicular to the first planar direction.

Abstract: The UV radiation-blocking sports hat is an apparatus that shields the face and the head of a user from sun exposure. The apparatus includes a hat, a panel, a pocket, and a tinted shield. The hat protects the upper portion of the head from sun exposure. The panel protects the bottom portion of the head and the back of the neck of the user. The pocket contains a cooling pack in order too cool down the environment within the present invention. The tinted shield protects the face of the user while allowing the user to view the surrounding environment. The tinted shield is preferably made of polycarbonate material that is anti-scratch, anti-glare, and anti-fog. The apparatus may further include a plurality of ventilation slots in order to facilitate air flow for the environment within the present invention.
