Abstract: A method is provided for preparing a hair dye color mixture. The method includes: accessing a control system having at least a processor, a memory, and user input controls, the memory configured to store ingredients of a hair dye color mixture, each ingredient of the hair dye color mixture being from an initial product brand; receiving user input from the user input controls to change one or more ingredients of the hair dye color mixture from the initial product brand to one or more subsequent product brands; matching the color of the hair dye color mixture made from one or more ingredients of the initial product brand using one or more ingredients of the one or more subsequent product brands, in response to the user input; and displaying the ingredients of the hair dye color mixture in the one or more subsequent product brands on a display.

Abstract: Adhesive tapes with specific shapes for preventing or reducing wrinkles and the methods of using the tapes have a stiff low stretch direction and a less stiff more flexible direction. The shaped tapes are applied so that the stiffer direction of the tape is generally transverse or perpendicular to the muscle movement, or, alternatively so that the stiffer direction of the tape is generally transverse or perpendicular to the wrinkle lines.

Abstract: A portable lumbar cushion support attachment for backpacks for providing support to the lower spine and surrounding para-lumbar musculature of the wearer. The present invention is for a memory foam cushion which adjustably supports the lower spine in a proper position, alleviating lower back pain caused by improper posture and fatigue and also preventing further instances of lower back pain. In one embodiment, side straps are attached onto the bottom triangular strap regions of the backpack. The cushion is hemi-elliptical design which is positioned horizontally in the lower back region such that the cushion supports the spine and the surrounding musculature and the L1-L5 vertebrae. The cushion extends outwards, pushing against the lumbar spine, causing pressure to be created against the backpack and into the lower back, thus alleviating back pain and maintaining the lower back in its natural straight position.

Abstract: A pouch belt is provided having a belt with a convex-shaped insertion portion and a belt flap portion that is capable of being folded. The belt supports first and second D-rings that define first and second D-ring openings and the belt flap portion extends through the first and second D-ring openings. The belt flap portion and is folded and secured to the belt. A first pouch assembly is providing having a pouch and pouch belt loop, and the pouch belt loop defines a pouch belt passage that is sized to receive the belt. The pouch is supported by the pouch belt loop. The pouch has a zipper that provides for access to a pouch interior. A second pouch assembly is provided and supportable by the belt. In another embodiment there is a tipped belt having an insertion portion with an insertion tip.

Abstract: A first example of the object transport assembly includes a body attachment member adapted to attach to a wearer and an object attachment member adapted to attach to an object to be transported. An insert including a notch formed therein is carried on one of the body attachment member or object attachment member and forms a male portion of a dovetail joint. An insert receiving channel is carried on the other of the body attachment member or object attachment member and forms a female portion of a dovetail joint that mates with the insert. The insert receiving channel includes a pin that is biased in such a way that the pin automatically slides into the notch when the insert mates with the insert receiving channel. An actuator is operably connected to the pin and is operable to move the pin out of the notch for removal of the insert from the insert receiving channel.

Abstract: Generally described, aspects of the disclosed subject matter are directed to a carrying strap or a carrying loop suitable for use with a container. The carrying strap and loop include first and second attachment portions for securement to various locations on the container. In one example, a carrying strap has a stowed position, where the strap wraps around the container, to a carrying position, where the strap secures to a second location on the container such that the strap can be used to carry the container. In another example, a carrying loop has a deployed position, where the loop secures to only a first location on the container and is used to carry the container. The carrying straps and loops are suitably positioned as covering a label of the container, as a replacement for the label, or placed in any different position on the container from the label.

Abstract: A toothpaste dispensing toothbrush has a longitudinal, hollow, cylindrical housing, an open distal end, and an open proximal end. The distal end is tapered to a blunt, open extremity. The proximal end has a predetermined inside diameter. The cylindrical housing also has a transparent longitudinal window located along its outer surface. A toothbrush head is removably affixed to the distal end of the housing. A hollow, cylindrical toothbrush cartridge chamber has an open proximal end and an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the housing proximal end, to facilitate insertion of the cartridge chamber into the proximal end of the housing. A movable piston is disposed in the cartridge chamber and a slidable button is located on the housing and connected to the movable piston. A dome cap is removably affixed to the proximal end of the cartridge chamber to retain toothpaste introduced into it.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for an adjustable table assembly that can be positioned in as storage and a usage position. The table assembly can include one or more legs supporting a table. The table assembly uses one or more movement control brackets and one or more locking members to secure the table in the usage position and the storage position. The bracket has a defined path that is followed by the locking member as the table is moved between the usage position and the storage position. When the table is in the usage position or the storage position, the locking member moves into a locking position within a corresponding locking portion of the bracket. When the locking member is in the locking position, movement of the table is substantially prevented. Specifically, angular movement of the tabletop is prevented. A user can move the locking member out of the locking portion and into a movement portion of the movement control bracket.

The fastener bolt pivotably holds the upper spring retainer in position. The tilt limiter is disposed inside the coiled wave spring and is secured to either one of the spring retainers. The tilt limiter includes a conical surface thereon which contacts a contact surface when the seat tilts to a predetermined tilt angle. The upper spring retainer is secured to a lower end of the seat support.

More specifically, it is directed to the configuration of the rockers that join the rocking chair's front and rear legs. The rockers' interiors contain a plurality of closely-spaced thin-wall ribs configured so that the rocker's interior structure provides the rigidity and structural integrity necessary to pass the government and industry strength tests. The thin-wall ribs may be, for example, configured in a zigzag manner, forming acute angles with respect to the rockers' sidewalls to form triangular-shaped and/or parallelogram-shaped cells. Abstract: A cup or glass design that prevents both slipping and tipping. The cup is shaped so that its bottom has both a region of high friction and a region of low friction. The region of high friction can be a set of small rubber feet or the like. The region of low friction can be the smooth cup surface. The two regions are juxtapositioned so that when the cup is sitting flat in its normal resting position, the region of high friction makes contact with the surface; however, if the cup is tipped, the region of high friction lifts off the surface allowing the region of low friction to contact the surface. This then causes the partially-tipped cup to slide rather than tip over. As it slides away from the source of the tipping force, the cup will then right itself by gravity and return to the normal resting position.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a magnetic drinking cup, which is a drinking cup containing magnetic and metal components. The magnetic and metal components allow for a tight seal and decrease the opportunity for bacteria and mold to flourish. Many cups known in the prior art have screw top lids, which have tight and narrow crevices making the cleaning process cumbersome. If not cleaned immediately after use, it becomes challenging to remove the debris remaining in the cup, and around the inside of the lid. These small areas create a trap for bacteria and mold, if not cleaned properly. The same issues can arise with reusable straws. There are not many tools on the market that can clean a straw thoroughly from top to bottom. If not all contents are removed from the straw, it becomes a petri dish of bacteria, and if moisture remains, then mold will have the ability to grow.

A fastening system incorporating a mushroom-type fastener is provided, whereby the mat can be laid on the base and positioned as desired, without the fastening system engaging. When the mat is aligned with the base, downward pressure on the mat engages the fastening system and restricts the mat from slipping laterally or lifting vertically. Alignment and deployment of the textile component with the base component in an efficient manner is also described herein.

The spacing unit is structured to have a plurality of compartments and each of the compartments receives one of the food items thereby retaining the food items in an upright position.
