Abstract: Disclosed is a wall assembly including preformed building blocks and a trellis type support member for maintaining the building blocks in place in the desired orientation. The wall assembly further includes at least one support for holding the trellis upright. The individual blocks are connected to the supporting trellis for added stability. Although not every block in the wall need be connected to the trellis support member in order to achieve the desired added stability, it is preferred to connect each block in the wall to the trellis. Connectors are provided for connecting the blocks to the trellis. Each block preferably is connected to the trellis by at least one connector, most preferably by a pair of connectors. To accommodate relative movement or shifting of the blocks during installation and in situ, the connectors are preferably movably connected to the trellis or the block, or both.

Abstract: A T-shaped post driver includes a driver, a first handle, a second handle, and a post pullout opening. The driver is a tubular body that includes an opened end and a closed end. The first handle and the second handle are laterally connected to the tubular body and diametrically opposed of each other. This maximizes the distance between the left hand and the right hand of a user as the T-shaped post driver is utilized to drive smaller diameter or circumference posts that fit into the tubular body. The post pullout opening traverses through the tubular body and enables the removing process of a driven stake that is secured to the ground. Collectively, the opening and the driver enable removal of the stake. The T-shaped post driver is also covered with a protective coating to keep outside elements reacting with the driver, the first handle, and the second handle.

Abstract: A lock includes a housing assembly, an actuatable lock assembly and a latching assembly. The actuatable lock assembly is positionable in at least a closed orientation and an open orientation. The latching assembly further includes a latch, a cam and a motor. The latch, having a cam profile, is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the actuatable lock assembly is maintained in the closed orientation. In the unlocked position, the actuatable lock assembly is positionable into an open orientation. The cam is rotatably mounted and has a first follower configured to intermittently coact with the cam profile of the latch, to, in turn, move the latch between the locked position and the unlocked position. The motor is coupled to the cam. Actuation of the motor causes rotation of the cam, resulting in movement of the latch between the locked and unlocked positions.

Abstract: A door or window arrangement has a panel movable relative to an opening bounded by a frame so as to close against a strike jamb or move away from it. A locking element moves between a locked state in which it engages between the panel and the strike jamb to prevent separation of the panel from the strike jamb and a released state in which the panel can be separated from the strike jamb. A linkage is displaced by a terminal part of a closing motion of the panel so that completion of the closing motion can only occur when the locking element assumes its locked state. Preferably, the linkage is deployed so that force applied to displace the panel through the terminal part of the closing motion results in a force applied to the locking element to displace it towards its locked state.
