Abstract: The present invention relates to a ball structure and method for making the same. The ball structure includes an inner bladder and a plurality of covers. The covers surround the inner bladder. Each of the covers includes a base fabric layer, a middle layer and a surface layer. The middle layer is formed form a first polyurethane (PU) solution. A PU solid content of the first PU solution is greater than 70 wt %. The middle layer is a foamed layer, and a porosity thereof is 25% to 85%. The surface layer is formed form a second polyurethane (PU) solution. A PU solid content of the second PU solution is 5 wt % to 20 wt %.

A second imaginary vertical plane is horizontally spaced from the first imaginary plane. The auxiliary grooves in the second imaginary vertical plane have a second concentration that is different from the first concentration measured between the first and second scorelines.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a spacer block for elevating a boot of a rider of a snowboard. Due to the elevation of the boot above the snowboard, the boot drag of the rider is reduced. The spacer block is installed between the snowboard and a binding system of the snowboard that secures the rider's feet to the snowboard. By adding the spacer between the snowboard and the binding system, the boots are now elevated above the snowboard, and the rider can make sharper, more angled turns without the toes or heel of their boot contacting the snow. While the application describes the spacer block to be used with a snowboard, the spacer block can be used with boards for other recreational activities where boot drag is a problem. For example, the spacer block can be used with boards for gliding on sand, or with boards for rolling on ground.

The method continuously maintains the two-way connection throughout the game. Based on the received data, the method determines the performance for the game period and broadcasts this information to a non-sampling participant. A non-sampling participant is a participant who was not selected for the set of sampling participants.
