    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing self-dispersing nano carbon black based on a thiol-ene click reaction. A sol-gel technique is used to graft a coupling agent containing a carbon-carbon double bond onto the surface of the carbon black, and a functional molecular chain is grafted onto the surface of the carbon black by a thiol-ene click reaction with a mercapto compound. The self-dispersing nano carbon black is obtained after centrifugation, washing and drying. The method is simple and easy to operate, has a high grafting rate, and can prepare self-dispersing nano carbon black adaptable to different systems by selecting mercapto compounds with different functional groups.

    Abstract: Conventionally, when an adherend is nickel or the like, it has been difficult to realize an electroconductive adhesive that lowers connection resistance in various kinds of thermocurable curing resins. However, it is possible to provide an electroconductive adhesive, in the case where the adherend is nickel or the like, which reduces connection resistance in various kinds of thermocurable curing resins while simultaneously maintaining storage stability to have good handleability. The present description provides a thermocurable electroconductive adhesive including the following components (A) to (D): Component (A): a curable resin, Component (B): a thermal curing agent that cures Component (A), Component (C): an organometallic complex, and Component (D): electroconductive particles.

    Abstract: A composition curing upon exposure to moisture comprises (A) one or more at least bifunctional silane compounds with at least two alkoxysilane groups, (B) at least one monofunctional silane compound with only one alkoxysilane group, and/or a partially condensed or bridged derivative thereof, and (C) at least one acid generator which, upon exposure to actinic radiation or heat, releases an acid. In addition, further additives (D) may be contained in the compositions according to the present invention. The composition is liquid at room temperature and, apart from the latent acid generator, does not contain any further catalysts for moisture-curing of alkoxysilanes. After activation of the acid generator the composition cures in the presence of moisture, while remaining liquid at room temperature in the presence of humidity over a period of at least 24 hours prior to activation of the acid generator. Furthermore, a method of joining or casting structural elements using the composition is described.
