The weight plug, which has a base end with a through-opening, a tip end with a flange, and a side opening in communication with the through-opening, is connected to the shaft sleeve with a screw. When the golf club head is fully assembled, a hosel flange is trapped between the weight plug and the tip end of the shaft sleeve, and tightening the screw causes the weight plug and the shaft sleeve to move towards one another.

The rear surface may have recess in which a dual-density insert is affixed. The dual-density insert may have a first portion or first insert with a density greater than a second portion or second insert with a lesser density located closer to the toe than the first portion or first insert located closer to the heel. The mass distribution of the dual-density insert moves the center of gravity of the club head closer or substantially coincident to the face center location.

The channels can be filled with a fill material, for example a polymer, and a groove may be defined in the strike face or in the fill material of one or more of the channels. The height of the channels, the hardness of the fill material, and the positioning of the groove can all affect the performance of the golf club head. In some embodiments, the golf club head is a putter-type club head.

The degree of tension in the tension cord, as well as the location of the attachment point of the tension cord on the frame, are adjustable.

When the clip attaches to the brim the length of the string is adjusted so the weight hangs just above the ground when standing and when lowering to a squat position while standing on one leg or two legs. During use, exerciser stands upright with his arms extended outward and then bends his knees to a squatting position while keep the back straight. The exerciser identifies a spot on the ground and squats to place the weight over the spot. As the exerciser becomes more flexible, the length of the string is shortened. The kit may also include an optional elongated stick that extends over the exerciser's two shoulders.

Abstract: A golf putting training device with a portable golf hole cut through a unique multidimensional triangular shaped device, in which the longest edge of the triangle is flat and can lay flush on an underlying surface and receive a golf ball smoothly. The device will have one corner of the triangle that is elevated creating one highest point sloping down to two low or flat points, or one flat edge. The device has two functional faces or bases that are the mirror images of each other. The device can be flipped over and rest on either of the two largest faces (or triangular surface areas) to allow a practicing golfer to practice striking putts that break right to left, or left to right. The device can be positioned relative to the practicing golfer in such a manner that many different slope degrees or angles can change the break of the putt, even a slope that provides for a perfectly straight putt.

The latching device accommodates variation in the distance between latching device mounting holes. The latching device rotates about a fastener assembly secured through one of the latching device mounting holes through the first of the two splitboard skis. A slot in the latching device, engages a second fastener assembly by tension between the outside edge of the slot and the lengthwise common edge between the splitboard skis. The slot includes a series of detents that can engage the second fastener assembly. The detents are distanced progressively closer to the axis of rotation of the latching device to accommodate various distances between the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole.
