Abstract: An aerosol delivery device or electronic cigarette generates an aerosol or vapor for consumption by a consumer. The device may include a cartridge holding an aerosol precursor substance or fluid that is turned into the aerosol or vapor. The fluid may be stored in reservoir that allows for the fluid to be passed to an atomizer for generating the aerosol. The reservoir may be a flexible bladder that equalizes pressure inside the cartridge to reduce leakage, such as with an internal valve to activate fluid transfer. Alternatively, the reservoir may include one or more capsules that can be broken or melted to release the fluid.

Abstract: The present disclosure is particularly adapted for determining whether the condition of personal protection equipment PPE articles satisfies at least one criterion. A method and system provide at least one predetermined criterion that governs use of the PPE article in a working environment; a PPE article is configured with a smart tag, and a sensing device is provided that is configured to sense data in a working environment related to the predetermined criterion. Acquired data from the sensing device and the smart tag are processed in a data processing system to determine whether the condition of the PPE article satisfies the at least one predetermined criterion.

The guides are equipped with the corresponding drawing attachment; the drawing attachment selected from strips, mesh and sliding back part. The drawing attachments are attached on one side to the hemline within a joint region; and on the opposite side to the gripper directly, or to an intermediate connection point. The guides are attached on any sportswear surface. The gripper is situated close to the sportswear top, within the neck region, to be easily griped and pulled by hand causing lifting of the sportswear back part despite friction with the wearer's skin. The invention is useful in protection of the sportswear while taking it off over the head, and also useful in helping the elderly or disabled take off an upper garment.

The panel is configured to be inserted into a clip of a tool, such as a tape measurer, to couple the tool to the panel. The leaf spring is adapted to flex and extend into the first and second recesses in response to an external impact to the helmet. The inner shell and outer shell may be composed of a synthetic fiber. Abstract: A method for forming a plate includes attaching a first strand portion to a flexible substrate to form a first layer on the substrate and positioning a second strand portion on the first layer to form a second layer on the first layer in a plurality of discrete regions on the substrate. The method also includes positioning a plurality of traction elements into corresponding cavities formed into a first mold surface and positioning the substrate on the first mold surface to change a shape of the substrate. At least one of heat and pressure is applied to the first strand portion, the second strand portion, the substrate, and the traction elements to conform the substrate to the shape of the first mold surface and form the traction elements into the substrate at each of the discrete regions. The method also includes incorporating the substrate into an article of footwear.

Abstract: A shoe support structure comprising a hard rubber-like material and a gel material. The rubber-like material is constructed so that it has a change in thickness beginning at the arch, where it slopes down, leveling out at a thickness of about 1¼ inches. This change in thickness creates a frontal recess, leaving a bead of rubber at the outer edge. This cavity holds a thick cushion of about 1¾ inches of highly viscous gel material held in place by the rubber lip and adhered to the elastic material. This creates a cushion when the foot applies weight. The front of the sole and the back of the heel are equal in height, giving the entire surface equal height planes for balance. The two materials are one rubber like, one gel like and slope toward each other at the arch in identical angles.

When the track zipper is in a closed position, the zipper core is positioned between the first and second tracks and holds the first and second tracks together. The track zipper of the present disclosure is advantageous in that it can prevent foreign material from being caught by the zipper, and that it has a much stronger bearing capacity.

The toroid is sized to fit snugly over a digit of a user and is configured to expand as needed. Some ring implementations include antimicrobial elements disposed within the expandable polymer. In some implementations the antimicrobial elements include ionic silver. Some ring implementations include precious materials, such as precious metals or crushed pearl, interspersed within the expandable polymer. Some ring implementations include one or more colorants having a color matching the color of one or more precious materials interspersed in the ring. Some ring implementations include grooves formed on an inner surface of the ring and allowing moisture, dirt, grime, and the like to exit from between the digit of the user and the ring.
