Abstract: The heat exchanger has tubes and a header tank that is located at an end of the tubes in a longitudinal direction and communicates with the tubes. The header tank has a core plate that connects to the tubes and a tank body that is fixed to the core plate. The core plate has a tube connection surface, a sealing surface, and an inclined surface that connects the tube connection surface and the sealing surface with each other. A distance between the tube connection surface and an end surface of the tubes in the longitudinal direction is different from a distance between the sealing surface and the end surface in the longitudinal direction by disposing the inclined surface to incline with respect to the longitudinal direction. The tubes connect to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface in a condition of being inserted to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface.

Abstract: A vapor chamber with a support structure and its manufacturing method are provided. The vapor chamber with the support structure includes a first plate, a second plate spaced apart from the first plate, and multiple support elements fixed between the first and second plates. On an outer surface of any of the first plate or the second plate, laser welding is performed on positions corresponding to the support elements so as to join the support elements to the first and second plates and to form weld ports on the outer surface of any of the plates. The invention solves the problem of fixing the support structure inside the thin vapor chamber, and therefore mass production can be realized.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a heat dissipation plate and manufacturing method thereof. The heat dissipation plate includes a substrate, a ceramic powder layer and a graphene layer, and the substrate has a heat absorbing surface and a heat dissipation surface. The ceramic powder layer is stacked on the heat dissipation surface. The ceramic powder layer is formed of photothermal conversable ceramic powder and has a thickness smaller than 100 ?m. The graphene layer is stacked between the heat dissipation surface and the ceramic layer or disposed on the heat absorbing surface. The ceramic powder layer is photothermal conversable, and heat can be rapidly and uniformly distributed throughout the entire heat dissipation surface via the graphene layer. Thereby, heat radiation efficiency of the ceramic powder layer is increased, and heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation plate of the present disclosure is higher than conventional heat dissipation plates.
