A method of lacing an article includes routing the first lace and the second lace through the lace-receiving passages of the respective zones.

Abstract: A closure system has a main body having a hollow cavity, a locking mechanism slidably disposed within the cavity, and a plurality of fastening elements. The locking mechanism is formed of a central post, a plurality of engagement pins connected to the central post, and an actuator, such that pulling the actuator causes the locking mechanism to move between a locked and unlocked position. Each fastening element has an aperture for connecting to the locking mechanism by inserting the fastening element into the cavity while the locking mechanism is in the unlocked position, and then pushing the actuator to slide the locking mechanism into the locked position. All of the fastening elements can then be released simultaneously from the locking mechanism by pulling the actuator to slide the locking mechanism from the locked position to the unlocked position.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a versatile design system which has a base board, a face board, each board having a surface with at least one integrated securing mechanism. The securing mechanisms are made up an opposing end and a receiving end. Such securing mechanisms has either snap sockets, snap studs or alternate snap together mechanisms. The base board or surface may act as a wallboard wherein a plurality of face board attachments can easily be attached and removed without the use of tools, glue or other permanent bonding method. The present invention allows for a variety of components both decorative and functional with integrated snap studs or snap sockets or alternate snap together mechanisms.

Abstract: A linearly actuated bar cabinet has display stand rotatably connected atop a base where liquor bottles or other items may be placed. A linear actuation mechanism uses a motor housed within the base to turn a lead screw which traverses from within the base, centrally through the display stand, and is threadedly engaged with an internal threading connected to a housing. As the motor actuates the lead screw, the internal threading traverses along the lead screw, thus moving the housing toward or away from the base between a closed configuration, wherein the housing encloses the display stand, and an opened configuration, wherein the display stand is exposed. A lighting platform may further be positioned above the display stand for aesthetic purposes.

Abstract: A sleeve for a shelving unit has two halves joined together to form two support tabs extending outward from opposing sides of the sleeve as the sleeve clamps around a post having grooves into which a rib on the sleeve fits to hold the parts relative to the post. The support tabs have a retaining flange offset from the sleeve, at each of two opposing sides of each sleeve. A first collar part fastened to a shelf fits over half the sleeve and fits into that offset so that a slot in the first collar part fits over two abutting support tabs to clamp them together and wedge the sleeve against the post to support the first collar part and shelf. Each retaining flange has a latch portion on its outer surface that engages a mating latch portion on the abutting support tab prevent lateral separation.
