A memory foam layer positioned above the upholstery foam envelope comprises a material capable of molding to a person's body sitting on the sofa seat cushion and then quickly returning to an original shape once the person leaves the sofa seat cushion. The memory foam layer comprises a gel-infused visco-elastic memory foam with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned there above. Directly below the upholstery foam envelope is an upholstery-grade polyurethane foam layer with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned directly thereunder. An exterior upholstery surrounding the cushion core provides a plush seating surface.

The bearing includes a positioning element that is disposed in the slot and in the slot extension. Abstract: An advertising panel for attaching to a glass door or other surface includes a panel body with a front surface configured for holding advertising material or other display. End caps are mounted on the ends of the panel body. Each end cap includes two arms extending into a channel in the panel body. The arms include grasping portions that receive a square stem of a suction cup. The suction cup extends out of the channel at a slot that is open at the back of the panel body. The cup portion of the suction cups is enclosed behind the panel body when attached to the surface. A release tab of each suction cup extends from the panel body at cut out portions of the end caps. The arm lengths maintain the release tabs at a position extending from the end caps and prevent rotation of the suction cups.

Abstract: This invention relates to anti-spill disposable and reusable drink-through lids for hot and cold disposable and reusable beverage cups. The present invention is directed to drink-through lids which may be placed over and attached to disposable and reusable beverage cups and which provides a drink-through opening near the perimeter of the lid's top surface for easy drinking. The drink-though lid can accommodate a consumer's lips or a beverage disposable or reusable straw. When used with a straw, the lid and straw combination creates a spill-proof seal.

Abstract: I disclose a method for increasing a quantity of gas bubbles in a head of foam of a beverage in drink ware, comprising providing and sinking a portable nucleation accessory into the beverage. The nucleation accessory features a plurality of nucleation sites etched into a smooth outer surface of the accessory. Each nucleation site comprises a pit which pulls and aggregates gases out of solution until the gases forms a bubble. When the bubble becomes sufficiently buoyant, it detaches from the nucleation site and rises to an upper surface of the beverage. A plurality of nucleation sites producing bubbles in this way build a head of foam on the upper surface of the beverage. Nucleation sites may be arranged to appear as lines or areas to a naked eye.

The first thermal insulation layer being a cup facing layer that is constructed from non-woven polyester fiber having a plurality of interior air channels being retaining channels for fluids and heat being released from the cup. The second thermal insulation layer is constructed from embossed paper having outward facing bumps that provide a non-slip and thermally insulative gripping surface and a moisture barrier. The longitudinal fold lines allow the double-layered thermal insulation sleeve to be folded into a flattened configuration and stored for reuse.

Abstract: An energy-saving method for preparing a fresh brewed cold coffee beverage comprises the steps of: a. filling a brewing means with a predetermined quantity of coffee powder; b. brewing a hot coffee beverage by pushing hot water and/or hot steam through said predetermined quantity of coffee powder in said brewing means; c. cooling down said hot coffee beverage by exclusively bringing it in thermal contact with a stream of cold water; and d. dispensing said cooled-down coffee beverage at a coffee outlet.
