Abstract: The present invention provides a smart helmet falling detection method and a smart helmet. The falling detection method includes following steps: initializing a system, determining a free fall, determining a collision, determining motionlessness, and generating an emergency signal according to a detection result that a motionlessness event occurs within a fourth duration after the collision event occurs. The smart helmet includes a three-axis acceleration sensor and a controller. For the smart helmet falling detection method and the smart helmet provided in the present invention, the acceleration is measured by the three-axis acceleration sensor installed on the smart helmet, and whether a riding falling event occurs is determined by analyzing change of the acceleration, and alarm is given according to the falling event, such that the problem of falling detection and calling for help in a riding process is solved in a targeted manner.

In some configurations, the reinforcing element is die-cut from a sheet of polymer material, and the reinforcing element may exhibit a layered configuration. In manufacturing the sole component, the reinforcing element may be located within a mold, and the polymer material forming the bladder may be bonded to the reinforcing element during the molding process.

Abstract: Presented are systems, methods, and devices for manufacturing articles of footwear using sacrificial straps to secure segments of the footwear to a manufacturing fixture. A method for manufacturing an article of footwear, such as an athletic shoe, includes providing first and second segments of the footwear's upper, such as the vamp and heel counter. A sacrificial strap is removably attached at opposing ends thereof to the first segment, e.g., proximate a read edge of the vamp. The first segment is placed on a manufacturing fixture, such as a foot-shaped last, and securely attached to the fixture by positioning the sacrificial strap around and against the fixture. The second segment of the upper is attached, e.g., via stitching or bonding, to the first segment. Once attached, the upper is removed from the manufacturing fixture, and the sacrificial strap is cut, torn or otherwise permanently disconnected from the footwear.

The open and close member is urged toward the blocking position. The slider can attach the tab afterward, has a stop mechanism, and can significantly reduce manufacturing costs.

Abstract: This invention is in the field of hair brushes, and more particularly to hair brushes constructed using a glove as the base and spongy material as the bristles. An increasing number of men and women have elected to forgo using chemicals on their hair, instead opting for natural hairstyles. These natural hairstyles often require the use of unique hair styling equipment to produce a desired look. In particular, men and women with coarse hair have begun using a technique called “palm rolling” to curl the ends of their hair after it reaches a length of approximately 1.5 inches to 6 inches. This technique involves applying the palm of one's hand to the hair and rubbing in a circular motion to produce a swirl or curl pattern. The problem with this technique is that the palm does not contain the porous or rough surface required to manipulate or form the hair into the desired shape. This makes the process of forming the hair into a swirl or curl pattern very long and tedious.
