Abstract: Disclosed is an automated system for the unmanned delivery of packages to neighborhoods and addresses. The system is comprised of a loading phase (FIG. 1), a delivery phase (FIG. 2), and a recycle phase (FIG. 3). In the loading phase, a number of order fulfillment centers process orders for products and thereafter deliver the packaged products to an aggregation facility. The packages associated with a particular neighborhood are then loaded into a consolidated delivery container and consolidated delivery container are loaded in neighborhood containers and neighborhood containers are loaded onto a large delivery vehicle. The large transport vehicle transports the packages to a particular neighborhood. Once in the neighborhood, neighborhood containers are placed on a standby vehicle. The standby vehicle transports the neighborhood container to a target address in a target neighborhood. At the target address a consolidated delivery container is removed from the neighborhood container.

Abstract: An order scheduling method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: determining delivery capacity pressure corresponding to a delivery area within a current scheduling period; predicting, based on historical data, a delivery capacity pressure change trend variable corresponding to the current scheduling period; adjusting the delivery capacity pressure based on the delivery capacity pressure change trend variable; and scheduling, based on the adjusted delivery capacity pressure, a plurality of orders corresponding to the delivery area within the current scheduling period. Since orders within the current scheduling period are scheduled by taking the future delivery capacity pressure change into consideration, the scheduling on a plurality of orders within the current scheduling period can better adapt to a delivery capacity pressure change, which improves the delivery efficiency.

For example, a processor receives an event notification of an event from a device of a service provider that is providing a service to a user, wherein the network service provider is distinct from the service provider, determines that the service provider and the event are of a type of service provider and a type of event, respectively, that the user has consented to receive the event notification, sends a message in a unified message format to a device of the user, the message comprising the event, receives a response from the device of the user containing an indication of whether the event is an authorized event, and sends the indication of whether the event is an authorized event to the device of the service provider.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for blocking charges from a merchant to a payment account of a user. An exemplary system may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform various operations. The operations may include receiving, from the user, a dispute request to dispute a charge to the payment account applied by the merchant. In response to the dispute request, the operations may include determining whether to block subsequent charges applied by the merchant to the payment account, based on a history of charging activities of the merchant. Responsive to a determination to block subsequent charges, the operations may include adding the merchant to a block-charge list associated with the payment account.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods to unlock an account associated with a user for a limited period of time to enable the user conduct a transaction using funds from that account. In one embodiment of the invention, the user may select options relating to the transaction using a payment menu provided at a mobile communications device associated with the user. A notification message is received at the mobile communications device informing the user that the account is unlocked for a certain period of time and for a certain amount. After the transaction is complete, the user is notified and the account is locked again.

Abstract: An artificial-intelligence based, authorization data processing system and method that use networked electronic computers are provided. Included are one or more smart agent data structures tasked to individually follow past transaction data and behaviors, and to provide its artificial intelligence observations on the magnitude, type, and quality of payment card revenues and business routinely engaged in by the individual, e.g., a cardholder whose transaction request is pending. The computed level of acceptable transaction risk is raised in proportion to the cardholder's business value. As a further expedient, such quality cardholders may never be subject to a “declined transaction” if the requested payment transaction were less than some liberal minimum to meet an appropriate threshold level.

Financial institution while issuing accounts (by registering customer using biometric) also assigned virtual biometric account/credit cards and system may process a transaction with captured biometric information only to identify virtual account associated against stored biometric information comply with it. A Payment transaction does not require any physical payment card or any sort of current mode of transaction information. A payment gateway system will authorized the merchant payment from customer's account using stored biometric data while issued/registered from issuer financial institution. If it conflict against the stored biometric information, it may decline the transaction.

Abstract: Threats may be determined for events in isolation, however, many threats are not identified and/or realized without the occurrence of two or more events. The invention allows for identifying, prioritizing, and remitting the threats that may occur as a result of the combination of events. The invention utilizes the creation of a threat framework, which is populated with events that are defined by event characteristics using an N-tuple. Each event may have an event threat magnitude, as well as an event threat vector that illustrates the severity and likelihood of the event threat and the alignment of the threat event with related threats, and which can be used to determine an event threat assessment for the combination of events. The one or more threat frameworks may be represented by plotting the events in a dimensional Cartesian space illustrating the event threat magnitude and event threat vector.

Abstract: Technologies are generally described for methods and systems effective to generate an alert through sentiment analysis. In some examples, a device may receive initial image data, where the initial image data may be associated with an initial image. The device may further detect sentiment values in the initial image data, where the sentiment values may correspond to two or more locations in the initial image. The device may further compare respective sentiment values with an sentiment threshold in order to identify region data in the initial image data that satisfies the sentiment threshold. The device may further generate the alert based on the identification of the first region data.

An aggregate amount of real-time location information available for a particular public place is measured (410), and used to determine (420) whether the public place is privacy-qualified. If the public place is privacy-qualified, real-time busyness information is computed (440) for the public place based on the real-time location information. Further, it is determined (450) whether the computed real-time busyness information is accuracy-qualified, based on a comparison of the real-time busyness information to historical busyness information. If both qualifications are met, the real-time busyness information is output (470) for display or to another application.
