Abstract: An exercise device characterized by a wide hand surface (1) positioned at a downward angle with a design that allows the user to grip the underside (3) for greater stability and to position the hands in any direction necessary to perform exercises with reduced strain on the wrists and palms. The large surface area of the hand surface comfortably fits an adult palm to eliminate painful pressure points in the palm. The downward angle of the hand surface decreases the angle between the back of the hand and the forearm found in a traditional push-up position to eliminate strain associated with exercises like push-ups, planks, mountain climbers and even chest dips. The ability to grip the underside of the hand surface provides additional stability during exercise.

Abstract: Presently disclosed grip assemblies provide for a selectively removable and replaceable grip for a shaft. Such grip assemblies include a grip sleeve and a grip liner at least partially fixed to an inner grip surface of the grip sleeve. The grip liner is configured to expand as the grip sleeve and grip liner are positioned on the shaft. The grip liner includes a liner feature that engages a shaft feature, which may be integrally formed on the shaft, or may be formed on a shaft sheath on the shaft. Engagement of the liner feature with the shaft feature may align the grip sleeve to the shaft and may substantially prevent rotation of the grip sleeve with respect to the shaft once the grip sleeve is on the shaft. Presently disclosed grip sleeves may be selectively removed from the shaft without damaging the grip sleeve, and without requiring solvents or specialized tools.

The low-latency streaming compressed A/V data are routed to each of the users over a corresponding data network communication channel. The executing of video games, receiving of packet streams and A/V data, compressing portions of the A/V data and routing the compressed A/V data are performed with a latency such that at least one user has the perception that the controlled video game is responding instantly.
