The basket portion has a plurality of movable basket elements which allow the basket portion to be alternatively placed in an assembled state to receive the container, and a collapsed state which reduces the amount of space occupied by the modular container holder. A contiguous modular arrangement of multiple modular containers positioned in column or row configurations allows multiple containers to be stored, while the basket portion is tilted forwardly to prevent the obstruction of basket openings when the modular container holders are vertically stacked in the column configuration.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a swivel chair tray, and more particularly relates to a spiral adjusting swivel chair tray for changing the angle of a torsion spring. The present invention mainly solves the technical problems existing in the prior art, for example, the swivel chair tray cannot adjust the angle of the torsion spring, so the adjustment degree of the seat cannot be changed and the operation is relatively inconvenient. The present invention includes a base plate, wherein the base plate is connected to a middle seat through a shaft. The middle seat is fixedly provided with a tapered tube through a tapered tube pad. In deployed position, the telescopic side wall is opened or partially folded to set and lock a desired height of the chair. In fully retracted position all of the rings are disposed adjacent the bottom surface of the seat portion. Each ring is an integral unit configured with a locking arrangement that selectively locks it to an adjacent ring. In some embodiments, a security lock centrally disposed along a height of the chair substantially perpendicular to the varying diameters of the rings secures the locking arrangement. A table uses the foldable chair as a leg and can store several, for example four, foldable chairs.

The pull strap has oppositely-provided upper and lower pull strap sheets of porous material. When processing using a hot-fusing machine or high-frequency machine, the upper and lower pull strap sheets are simultaneously jointed with the upper and lower fixing sheets, therefore the inflatable product can be one-step formed and no separating sheet needs to be provided in the pull strap, thus simplifying manufacturing process and improving production efficiency.

The control unit selectively actuates the actuator based on the control command.

Abstract: An improved child seat allows for easier cleaning and adaptation to suit children of various sizes and ages. The child seat can include features such as a removable seat pan that has upwardly curved edges to keep debris inside the seat pan and which allows for easy clean up. The seat pan can be removed to enlarge the chair for a growing child to fit inside the child seat. For additional flexibility, the child seat can incorporate a height adjustment mechanism to support the seat and match the stature of the child. This height adjustment mechanism can also be used to clamp the child seat to a tabletop.

Abstract: A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes a divider secured to a support structure and a barrier that is moveable by rotation between a folded position and an upright position without a rotation biasing element. A product positioned in the system can contact the barrier when the product moves toward the forward end of the system and rotate the barrier from the folded position to the upright position. The system may include a rotational mounting structure to which the moveable barrier is connected. The rotational mounting structure may be removably connected to the forward end of the divider. The merchandise display system may be used in conjunction with a product tray which provides for product stored in the product tray to be slid from in the product tray into the product pocket of the merchandise display system.

The venting slots are formed between the inner surface of the straw aperture of the lid, and the outer surface of the straw. Each of the venting slots has a diameter that is large enough to allow air to vent into the container, but small enough to restrict liquid from leaking from the container. The drinking straw has a proximal and distal end. One or both ends may be shaped to prevent a water droplet from leaking from the drinking straw.

Abstract: A rebound garlic peeling apparatus is presented having an elastomeric, rubberlike, spherical member separable into halves. A first hemispherical section is therefore securable to a second hemispherical section to encapsulate a hollow center. An interior layer, disposed bounding the hollow center when each of the first and second hemispherical members are secured together, is forced to contact garlic cloves enclosed therein when the spherical member is accelerated against a proximal surface. Tractive engagement of the interior layer against the garlic cloves effects separation of the garlic tunic and sheath from the cloves whereby the cloves are expediently peeled by bouncing the spherical member previous to culinary preparation. Force of impact is absorbed predominantly into the spherical member whereby any bruising of the cloves is minimized.
