Abstract: Method of facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and second users. Voice talent users upload sample audio files containing voice recordings, and second users can do keyword searches for voice talent users or post jobs that can be searched by voice talent users. A second user sends a partial script to a voice talent user, who makes a voice recording of the partial script and uploads the same. The second user has the option to send a complete script to that voice talent user, and if so, the voice talent users makes a voice recording of the complete script and uploads the same as a final audio file. Upon acceptance of the final audio file and satisfaction of optional milestones established by the second user, a server remote from both users facilitates an electronic transaction between them using the server as an agent for the transaction.

A proposer can send an unnotarized proposal to the voters, and the voters can vote on an unnotarized proposal when the voter and the proposer have substantially the same freshest notarized chain. After receiving enough votes for the proposal, the proposal is notarized and added to the blockchain maintained by the systems and protocols. Epoch is provided to facilitate the operation of the systems and protocols. Epoch includes a value identifying a proposer and defines a duration in which the transmission and voting of the proposal can be completed. The time parameter can be used to determine the freshest notarized chain and the finalized chain. Abstract: Provided herein are payment systems, methods, and devices with customizable features. A user may select, modify, or remove one or more features from a payment system, method, and/or device. In some instances, the selected features may be visible to the user on the payment medium or instruments. The payment medium may be tangible, such as in the form of a card or other plastic material. The payment medium may be virtual, and accessible via one or more user devices via a user interface. For example, the user interface can be a graphical user interface (GUI) and/or a web-based interface. The payment system may be a mobile payment system.

Abstract: Techniques for improved asset management in an asset-based distributed ledger such as a blockchain system are disclosed. In one method, an asset balance structure is obtained, wherein the asset balance structure specifies asset balances, as of a given point in time, for a set of blockchain addresses associated with a blockchain system comprising blocks that reflect transactions associated with the assets. One or more transactions associated with the assets for any of the set of blockchain addresses that occur after generation of the asset balance structure are obtained. The one or more transactions associated with the assets that occur after generation of the asset balance structure are applied to the asset balance structure to generate an updated indication of the asset balances for the set of blockchain addresses. Advantageously, a given asset wallet stores the asset balance structure rather than the entire set of blocks of the blockchain system.

Abstract: A method and system for ownership and classification of digital currency. The method includes establishing identification to a digital currency unit, establishing identification to a user, establishing ownership of the digital currency unit to the user, and assigning a first category of use to the digital currency unit owned by the user. The method also includes receiving from the user a request for a purchase associated with the first category of use from a merchant using the digital currency unit owned by the user, changing the ownership of the digital currency unit used in the purchase from the user to the merchant in response to the purchase, and changing the first category of use of the digital currency unit used in the purchase to a second category of use in response to the purchase.

Abstract: Systems and methods for storing and managing blockchain transactions may include receiving a transaction request on a distributed ledger transaction machine that is part of a distributed ledger network including distributed ledger transaction machines, each storing an identical copy of a blockchain. The method may include extracting percentage allocations for each transaction in the transaction request as well as a set of identifying information indicating a charitable owner for at least one of the transactions. The method may further include recording a first transaction in a block on the distributed ledger transaction machine, which can be freely exchanged and transferred on the distributed ledger network and is unmarked, and a second transaction on the block on the distributed ledger transaction machine, including restricting the second transaction via a marking in the second transaction's data where the marking enables a centralized machine to control access and use of the second transaction.

Abstract: An encrypted payment message is received from a buyer relating to a transaction with a merchant. The payment message is parsed using a first parsing algorithm to obtain merchant identifying information. The merchant identifying information is associated with at least a second parsing algorithm or at least one settlement algorithm. The payment message is parsed using the second parsing algorithm to obtain payment information for the transaction. A first settlement algorithm is applied to the payment information to determine an adjusted interchange rate. The payment information including the adjusted interchange rate is submitted to a third party settlement processor on behalf of the merchant, using a payment algorithm. A second settlement algorithm applied to the payment information determines a buyer rebate which can be submitted to the settlement processor. A transaction result is reported to at least one of the merchant or the buyer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for real-time provisioning of new payment card numbers to users of a payment-service system, wherein the new payment card numbers are issued to users without activation or registration. By issuing payment card numbers in real-time and without registration, these systems and methods can provide a relatively frictionless experience for users. As such, these systems and methods can issue more payment card numbers, increase market penetration and use of the payment card numbers because the systems and methods are relatively efficient to use compared with prior methods of issuing payment card numbers.

Abstract: A transaction network comprising a plurality of party devices interconnected via a communication network, each party device corresponding to a transaction party. The transaction network facilitates localized creation and enforcement of a transferable promise involving an obligor and an owner, the obligor being required to perform an obligatory action upon the owner invoking the transferable promise. The transferable promise is encrypted and signed to protect its integrity, and is invocable only by the owner. The obligor further verifies the transferable promise upon its invocation to prevent a double-spend attempt. The transferable promise contains a continuation executed upon invocation to cause an executing device of the obligor to perform the obligatory action. The transferable promise is adapted to effect the delivery of a digital asset or digital representation of a physical asset, or the performance of a service, and may be transferred, assigned, and sold between transaction parties as an asset.

Abstract: A server includes a memory and a message processor. The memory stores a data record that includes a credential stored in association with an access restriction indicator, and further includes a cryptographic key. The processor is configured to receive from a network device an access request that includes the credential and a token. The token includes a first data layer and a second data layer that incorporates the first data layer and is encrypted with the cryptographic key. The processor is configured to determine that, prior to the access request, the credential was stored in the data record in association with the access restriction indicator; recover the first data layer from the token by (i) locating the cryptographic key in the data record, and (ii) decrypting the second encrypted data layer with the cryptographic key. The processor is configured to provide the network device with the first data layer.
