Abstract: A snow guard assembly heated within one or more snow guard tubes. Heating of the snow guard tube prevents excessive accumulation of snow and helps prevent snow build up and spill over above the top of the snow guard. The tubes can be length-wise separable to place and service the heating elements. The heating element can be standard heat tape or infrared LEDs. The snow guard tubes can optionally have a non-uniform cross-sectional thickness to direct the heat more efficiently in a desired orientation. The interior of the snow guard tubes can be selectively coated with infrared absorbing or reflective material to direct the heat in a desired orientation when infrared LEDs are used as a heat source. The snow guard can be attached to many types of roof surfaces including tile roofs, metal roofs with or without standing seams, and shingle roofs.

Abstract: A door handle projecting/pulling-in mechanism has a spring and an alternating mechanism. The spring urges the door handle such that the door handle is stored within a door main body. The alternating mechanism is set such that a distal end portion of a movable portion faces the door handle, and the movable portion travels reciprocally along a door thickness direction. Against urging force of the spring, the alternating mechanism can switch between a first state, in which the alternating mechanism maintains the door handle at a first position of being even with an outer surface of the door main body, and a second state, in which the alternating mechanism maintains the door handle at a second position at which the door handle can be grasped.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a handle arrangement for arrangement to a door comprising a body, wherein the body, when arranged to said door, extends substantially in parallel with an outer surface of said door, a handle for rotational movement relative to the body to open a latching arrangement, a latching element for latching engagement with a corresponding lock element arranged on said door frame, wherein the latching element is rotatable relative to the body between an unlatching position and a latching position, and a pushing element in rotationally fixed connection with the handle. The pushing element is arranged to, when rotated in a first direction, push the latching element from the latching position to the open position, and the pushing element comprises a sliding member in slidable connection to a sliding surface on the latching element, such that a rotational movement in the first direction of the pushing element provides an accelerated rotational movement of the latching element.
