Publication number: 20200281221Abstract: This is an invention of a process and combination of ingredients to bring a novel tea that is ready to drink. This tea is ginseng, goji berry, don quai, and red date based, not tea leaf based. There are currently no other products on the United States market that is similar to this one hence the novelty. The process of making a drinkable product that is shelf stable include brewing the ingredients, and adding additional flavoring agents and or compounds. Brewing the ingredient requires a long process of initially high heat (up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit), then rapidly cooling the vessel to allow a slow brewing process of down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 3 hours. This tea has a lot of solid material left over from the brewing process and is not easy to drink with the remaining particles, hence the filtration process is integral to allow for a ready to drink product with the proper texture. Without the filtration process, this product is not viable.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2019Publication date: September 10, 2020Inventor: WEICHIN CHEN

Publication number: 20200281256Abstract: The invention discloses a granular cigarette, comprising a tobacco tube encapsulated with tobacco particles; one end of the tube is provided with a filtering component and the other end a sealing component; the tobacco particles are arranged between the filtering and the sealing components. The filtering component can adopt traditional filtering cotton or filtering silica gel strip; the sealing component can adopt aluminum foil, tobacco sheet, self-closing silica gel plug, and glue film. A capsule packaging can be further adopted for the tobacco particles to solve the problem that the particles easily fall out during production. The invention replaces the low-temperature non-burning cigarette with a thin-film technology by encapsulating a granular cigarette, which has the advantages of simple production process, sufficient heating, uniform smoke, and the smoke can shuttle between particles; the problem of easy falling out of particles can be solved by the filtering and the sealing components.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 5, 2020Publication date: September 10, 2020Inventors: Gongyun Long, Hong Liu
