A user simply mounts the wall-mount cleat level to a wall surface and then engages the product-side cleat with the wall mount cleat. There also is provided a stop system to prevent a locking system for an adjustable rod system to prevent the locking system from becoming stuck.

The method includes: a preheating and temperature-increasing stage, a medium-high temperature maintenance stage, a high pressure maintenance stage, and a decompression exhaust stage. The medium-high temperature maintenance stage includes: opening the pressure relief valve, to allow the pressure cooker to be in a non-closed state; controlling, under the non-closed state of the pressure cooker, the heating body to supply heat with a first preset heating power, and maintaining an internal temperature of the pressure cooker at a first preset temperature within a first preset duration. The present disclosure solves the problem that when the existing pressure cooker makes soup, insufficient oxidation of fat will cause large amounts of fat in the meat to dissolve, which affects people's health and the taste of the soup.

A temperature probe senses a temperature of a water bath or the food in the water bath, which is placed in the oven cavity. The sensed temperature is used as a feedback input for a controller that controls a heating element of the appliance in a manner that causes the water and food to reach a desired final temperature of the food in equilibrium with the water bath, which in turn is in equilibrium with the air in the cavity.
