Abstract: This invention is directed toward a device that can attractively cover the head of a nail or screw used to hang pictures and other items on a wall. The device has an attractive cover, which is generally flat, and can be pretty much any attractive item, including but not limited to rocks, minerals, wood, acrylic, resin, fiber, old jewelry, ceramics, glass, metal, shells, bones, printed logos/brands on acrylic, etc. The invention has a button cover attached to the back of the attractive cover. The button cover has a rotatable clasp section that can removably secure the head of a nail, screw, pin or other item. The button cover also has a magnet attached to its inside which helps secure the head of the screw, nail or pin.

One embodiment of the invention is directed to a tourniquet having a base defining first and second ends. A constricting band is attached to and extends from the first end of the base. A windlass handle is engaged with the constricting band. The constricting band is threaded through a self cinching stepped buckle. A buckle connector includes a hook member that engages the stepped buckle and is partly held in place through urging against a loop of the constriction band.

A lever assembly including an actuation mechanism and an arm assembly fits through an opening defined through the base assembly. The actuation mechanism is fit within a housing so that the lever assembly may pivot with respect to the base assembly. A clasp is attached to the base assembly so that an end of the clasp is biased to contact the hook of the base assembly. When the lever assembly pivots, the arm assembly contacts and rotates the clasp to create a gap between the clasp and the hook.

Abstract: The present disclosure comprises an object straightener device sized and configured to be attached to the backside, bottom of an object, on the one hand, and attached to the wall that is holding the object, on the other hand. By attaching the object portion of the straightener device to the back of the object, and the wall portion of the straightener device to the wall, once the object is hung, and the desired position is attained, the object can be pressed against the wall, thereby bringing the wall portion and the object portion of the object straightener device into contact with each other and holding the object in the level position. The wall portion and the object portion can be detached from each other to reposition the object and then again attached to each other to hold the object in the newly desired position. Once implemented, the object straightener device will be hidden from the front, when the object is being viewed.
