The lower end fixing point is a part where a lower end part of each of the ear straps is fixed. The intermediate fixing point is a part where one location of an intermediate part of each of the ear straps is fixed. With respect to the main body part's vertical direction, the intermediate fixing point is located between the upper end and lower end fixing point.

The cuff region terminates to a terminal end defining an opening for insertion of a user hand therein. Preferably, the hand region comprises flock lining on at least the interior surface of the palm portion or one or more selected areas on the interior surface of the palm portion. The cuff region is free from having any flock lining.

Abstract: Universal Finger Blinds: a bottomless, adjustable, portable covering for the hands and fingers purposed to obstruct the hands and fingers from view to operate and develop necessary skills for muscle memory to manipulate equipment including but not limited to: keyboards, typewriters, computing and calculating devices or for various dexterity skills that require obstructed vision of the hands and fingers. One may desire to look at the fingers to assure proper placement. Instead the goal should be avoid looking at the hands and fingers, yet achieve proper finger placement. The present invention results with a hand and finger covering that stays in place while in use, covers the hand surface without clashing the left and right hands, and fits comfortably to the user's wrist. Such use will allow a proprioceptive occurrence leaving the eyes to focus on written material while hands and fingers achieve muscle memory resulting with proper finger placement.

The polarity of the antistatic agent is opposite to the polarity of the zeta potential of the fiber layer 1. At least one of the two or more fiber layers is a fiber layer 2 which is electrically charged.

The one or more folds include an initial bottom fold and a final bottom fold of the fabric. The one or more folds further include a top fold at a top edge of the waistband. The waistband is attached to the elastic layer through the initial bottom fold and the top fold. Additionally, an interior of the final bottom fold and the interior of the top fold are common to the interior of the waistband.

Abstract: Structures for retaining sunglasses on a hat, such as a baseball cap, are disclosed. Such structures may be in the form of sleeve assemblies that are attached to either side of the hat and configured to retain the temples of glasses. Various embodiments enable glasses to be positioned on the brim of the hat while being secured by placing the temples of the glasses through the sleeve assemblies. In some embodiments, the sleeve assemblies may be provided in a kit for application to hat.

Abstract: Protective clothing and/or equipment may comprise a modular helmet assembly which comprises a plurality of impact mitigation modules positioned between an outer layer and an interior layer of the helmet, optionally with a plurality of perforations or openings in an outer shell of the helmet. The plurality of impact mitigation assemblies may comprise an impact absorbing array of impact mitigation structures having at least one filament and a lateral support wall or connecting element. When force is applied to the exterior surface, the structures of the impact absorbing materials deform in a desired and controlled manner, reducing the force received by the interior layer.

Abstract: A protective helmet having a protective shell, a low friction layer, and a comfort liner is disclosed. The protective shell includes an energy absorbing material and an inner surface. The low friction layer is coupled to the inner surface of the protective shell. The low friction layer may be plastic having a thickness of less than approximately 3 mm. Abstract: Golf shoes having improved outsole constructions are provided. The golf shoes include upper, midsole, and outsole sections. The outsole includes a first set of arc pathways extending along the outsole in one direction. A second set of arc pathways extend along the outsole in a second direction. When the first and second arc pathways are superposed over each other, four-sided tile pieces are formed, and these tiles contain protruding traction members. In one embodiment, the tiles comprise a first protruding traction member, an opposing second protruding traction member, and a non-protruding segment disposed between the first and second traction members. Different traction zones containing different traction members are provided on the outsole. These zones provide improved multi-surface traction. In one embodiment of the outsole, there is no channeling and no trenching of the golf course turf. There is less damage to the golf course for a given amount of traction.

Abstract: This document discloses antistatic shoe insoles that include a flexible foam layer and antistatic filaments of textile material interspersed throughout the foam layer and extending passed or exposed at the surface of the shoe insole and methods of making such an antistatic shoe insole. The antistatic filaments are needle punched through the foam layer. The antistatic filaments may be any suitable antistatic material blended with any felt fiber such as wool fiber, cotton fiber, polyester fiber, or the like.

Abstract: An improved article of footwear includes a sole structure and an upper. The upper is coupled to the sole structure and is configured to receive at least a portion of a human foot. The upper further includes a toebox, a medial quarter, a lateral quarter, a heel cup. The upper also includes a three dimensional auxetic structure at least partially formed within the medial quarter, lateral quarter, and heel cup of the upper. The three dimensional auxetic structure defines a primary expansion direction, a secondary expansion direction, and a tertiary expansion direction. The secondary expansion direction is transverse to the primary expansion direction. The tertiary expansion direction is normal to the plane defined by the primary expansion direction and the secondary expansion direction. Furthermore, the upper of the article of footwear is constructed via a thermoforming process.

Abstract: A method of customizing a boot, for example a skate boot, includes generating a tridimensional digital representation of a wearer's foot using numerical data obtained by scanning the wearer's foot. A boot with a foot size corresponding generally to a foot length of the wearer's foot is selected. A core is also selected. The core, a medial side insert and a lateral side insert are inserted into an internal space of the boot such that the medial side insert and the lateral side insert straddle the core. The medial side insert and the lateral side insert are manufactured based on the tridimensional shape of the foot. At least a portion of the boot is then heated such that the boot is thermoformed to follow surfaces of the medial and lateral side inserts. The core, the medial side insert and the lateral side insert are then removed from the boot.

A reconfigurable bag as disclosed herein would help to eliminate these issues by providing a bag that can be converted to a variety of bags and purses.
