Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a protective sports glove having a novel combination of liner sections, breathable mesh sections, stretch joints, and shock absorbing cushions to provide maximum protection to the user's fingers, hands, wrists, and lower forearms while maintaining as much flexibility within the glove and tactile feel on both palmar and dorsal sides of the glove as possible. A novel 2-panel palmar section construction eliminates the presence of seams, stitching or excess material in a critical area on the palmar side of a wearer's hand to further improve tactile feel and grip.

Abstract: The present application relates to an elastomeric article, such as a glove, comprising: (i) an elastomeric film comprising one or more film layers, and including an external surface and an internal surface, (ii) an antimicrobial agent that is effective against both beneficial and harmful microorganisms on the external surface of the elastomeric film, and (iii) a skin-protective agent selected from a probiotic, a prebiotic, or a combination thereof on the internal surface of the elastomeric film; wherein the inner surface of the film is free of an antimicrobially-effective amount of an antimicrobial agent that is effective against both beneficial and harmful microorganisms. The elastomeric articles may further comprise a barrier film layer that provides separation between the antimicrobial agent and the skin-protective agent. Also described are methods for the manufacture of such articles.

Abstract: This invention provides a head scarf with hair weave. The device includes a flexible fabric base including a hair weave affixed to a lower side thereof. In one variation, the flexible fabric base includes a satin panel that is affixed atop the hair weave, whereby the satin panel contacts the wearer's scalp for providing a comfortable fit. The flexible fabric base can be secured in a variety of configurations. For example, the portion of the fabric base positioned above the upper part of the head can be knotted so that the hair hangs down the back of the wearer, or the portion positioned above the rear part of the head can be knotted to cause the hair to fall in front of the wearer's head thereby resembling bangs. The head scarf with hair weave is designed to enhance the appearance of an individual wearing the headscarf with hair weave.

Abstract: The present invention is a shape conforming artificial eyelash. The shape conforming artificial eyelash is a more flexible eyelash that conforms to the wearer's eyelid profile. The shape conforming artificial eyelash contains a flexible base strip, a plurality of artificial lashes, and an adhesive. The flexible base strip extends between a first end and a second end. Each of the plurality of artificial lashes extends between a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of each of the plurality of artificial lashes is connected to the flexible base strip. The plurality of artificial lashes is distributed along the flexible base strip between the first end and the second end. The adhesive is distributed along the flexible base strip opposite to the plurality of artificial lashes, where the adhesive is configured to attach to an inferior portion of a human eyelid.

Abstract: A modifiable transferrable insert-able hair and skin protection baseball cap liner is an apparatus in which the device can be inserted into any standard baseball cap undetected by others, to protect the hair and skin of the user when wearing. The invention can be manufactured by the method of sewing. A crown is formed from a non-woven fabric. A structural felt fabric is attached to the underside of the front formed crown and is sandwiched between the non-woven fabric in the underside of the crown, and the skin and hair protecting satin fabric. The felt fabric lines the lower inner portion of the invention to the rear of the apparatus for structural support on both sides of the invention. A parallel, sewn in grid on the lower left and right side of the invention allows the user to modify the device by cutting the selected grid lines to accommodate various type of baseball caps.

Abstract: Headwear for partially covering a hat is described wherein the hat has a crown and a headband region. The headwear comprises a piece of material o fan irregular shape which has an aperture located closer to a side portion of the headwear material than other sides of the material. The aperture size is adjustable so as to permit the headwear material to be fixable to the hat about the headband region of the hat and to leave the crown of the hat uncovered by the material. This arrangement allows for the remainder of the material to depend from the hat and fall below the headband of the hat about the head of the wearer of the hat. The specification also discloses a hood for clothing having an adjustable sized aperture so as to permit the hood material to be fixable to the that about the headband region of the hat and to leave the drown of the hat uncovered by the material while the hood is still part of the clothing such as a sweat shirt.

Abstract: A safety helmet, for example, usable in sports such as football, is shown and described. The safety helmet includes an outer shell, an inner shell, and an inner head seating structure. The latter encircles a head of a wearer of the safety helmet. The inner head seating structure is coupled in spaced apart relation to the inner shell by elastically deformable pin assemblies and associated deformable pins engaged by the pin assemblies. The pins protrude through the inner shell to the inner head seating structure, and outside the inner shell to the outer shell. The pin assemblies may have lattice construction providing openings further accommodating deformation responsive to impact forces. Inner and outer shells may have holes to accept ends of pins of pin assemblies. The number of holes may exceed those actually occupied by ends of pins, thereby providing adjustability in number and location of pin assemblies and pins.
