Abstract: A multipurpose desk system assembly and an associated method of assembling the desk system are disclosed. The desk system assembly may include a top panel assembly and a base support system configured with clamping devices for convenient assembly. The desk system assembly may comprise multiple top panel assemblies and can be configured to be readily converted or customized to fit the needs of an end user.

Abstract: A supporting frame for a piece of furniture, wherein the supporting frame includes at least one outer side, and wherein the supporting frame is made out of one continuous piece of material. The supporting frame including several layers, wherein each layer includes one and the same single continuous piece of material in the entire extent of the layer and wherein each individual layer is contiguous with at least a second layer. Hereby, improved manufacturing, a stronger supporting frame and a wider range of useful materials for supporting frames are obtained.

Abstract: A protective cover that is positionable on a structure such as a table or a piece of laboratory furniture. The cover has at least three support structures positioned on a bottom part of the cover substantially parallel to each other. The protective cover also has at least two substrate fiber cement slabs built of reinforced organic and/or mineral fibers positioned between the support structures. A steel slab having a glassy and/or porcelain finish covers the fiber cement slabs and/or the support structures. The steel slab has three folds on the surface including two folds on the sides that correspond to a 90° angle relative to the flat part of the steel slab and a middle fold located between the side folds and creates a middle groove that forms two cavities at the bottom part of the steel slab.

Abstract: An overhead storage unit includes a pivot arm extending from a first end to a second end. The first end is pivotably mountable to a fixed pivot and the pivot arm is pivotable about a pivot axis defined by the pivot. A storage container having interconnected walls defines a storage container interior. One of the interconnected walls is a conforming wall. The storage container is mounted to the pivot arm and pivotable to be raised and lowered between a stored position and an accessible position. In the stored position, the storage container is disposed within the overhead storage area and the conforming wall is upright. In the accessible position, the storage container is disposed below the overhead storage area and the conforming wall provides access to the storage container interior. A residential living unit and method are also disclosed.

Abstract: A furniture system is provided having a support to be mounted to an upright structure of a building, and a shelf that is assembled onto the support. The shelf has a load-bearing surface, a front side, and a rear side with a first connector. The support has an outer face that includes at least one second connector. The first and second connectors are configured to interconnect such that, in the assembled the furniture system, the shelf is supported by the support with the load bearing surface projecting horizontally away from the upright structure, the first and second connectors resist rotation of the shelf about the first and second connectors by a force acting downwardly through the load bearing surface, and the first and second connectors resist disconnection of the shelf from the support by force applied to the shelf in a direction that is normal to the support.

Abstract: A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a blocking member, a working member and an operating member. The blocking member is arranged on one of the first rail and the second rail. The working member is arranged on the other one of the first rail and the second rail. When the second rail is moved relative to the first rail from a retracted position to an extension position, the working member and the blocking member are configured to block each other in order to prevent the second rail from being moved from the extension position along a retracting direction. When the operating member is operated, the operating member is configured to contact one of the working member and the blocking member in order to keep the working member and the blocking member in a state without blocking each other.

The mounting bracket assembly may include first and second shelf engaging portions that have mounting apertures therethrough. The bed frame is simple and easy to fold and un-fold, while providing improved strength and stability.

Folding the bed frame is simple and easy to implement, and the bed frame, in a folded state, facilitates transportation and compact storage.

The springs may be individually pocketed between two sheets of non-woven polypropylene fabric joined with circular seams or rectangular seams. Each circular seam joins opposed pieces of fabric around one of the mini coil springs with curved segments. Alternatively, rectangular seams join opposed pieces of fabric around each of the mini coil springs with linear segments. Regardless of the shape of the seams, the different firmness of the different sections of the comfort layer may be due to the mini-coil springs contained in the pockets.

More specifically, the claimed invention is directe to a strap, a pair of straps or a continuous strap and a display panel or a pair of display panels. Abstract: A foldable backrest returning mechanism including a backrest plate and an elastic returning device is disclosed. The backrest plate has a foldable portion. The foldable portion divides the backrest plate at least into a first plate and a second plate. The first plate and the second plate are foldable relative to the foldable portion. The elastic returning device is assembled between the first plate and the second plate, the elastic returning device provides an elastic force to drive the first plate and the second plate to approach each other relative to the foldable portion for making front surfaces of the first plate and the second plate have a returning tendency to approach toward each other. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent arching of the backrest plate at the foldable portion. Furthermore, the present invention provides an infant carrier.

The body can comprise a depressed portion at the top surface of said body, a basin, a top cover, a plurality of storages at one side of the body, and a seat placed on the other side of the body. A bottom surface of the basin is compatible with the depressed portion. The top cover can attach at a top edge portion of the body such that the top cover serves as a barrier device in providing access to the basin. A method of use is also disclosed that comprises the step of mounting into a childcare station as described above.

Abstract: A crib bumper assembly for reducing potential for impact injury to a child in a crib includes a set of pads. Each pad comprises a shell that defines an interior space. A panel that is positioned in and substantially occupies the interior space comprises a shock absorbing material so that the panel is configured to absorb an impact. Each of a plurality of connectors that is coupled to a circumference of the shell is configured to selectively couple to a crib to removably couple the shell to the crib so that the shell covers a portion of a siderail of the crib. The panel is configured to protect a child who is positioned in the crib from injury due to impact with the portion of the respective siderail.

The insert features a series of tabs designed to prevent the insert from sliding too far back into the mailbox, and utilizes a rolling assembly on the bottom of the insert to conveniently slide it out from the mailbox interior when a small tab is pulled. Abstract: A package receiving and returning device for fitting to a sloping roof/building. The device has a storage cavity with an opening, a frame bounding the opening and a displaceable cover arranged in the frame which displaces from a closed first position wherein the opening is sealed thereby preventing access to the storage cavity, to an open second position which permits access to the storage cavity. A sensor detects presence of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). A verification system verifies a designated UAV for a requested delivery or collection. An automated mechanism displaces the cover between the first and second positions when activated upon detection of the verified UAV to allow a payload to be delivered into, or retrieved from, the storage cavity. The automated mechanism positions the cover to define an entrance that corresponds to the features of the UAV and/or a payload to be received/returned, and/or environmental conditions.

Abstract: An arepa shaping assembly for cooking conical arepa includes a cooker that has a pair of cooking wells therein to receive arepa dough for cooking. Abstract: The collection tray (1) for discharged liquid/steam of a coffee machine (2) comprises a primary collection compartment (10), a secondary collection compartment (11), an overflow (12) of the primary collection compartment (10) for discharging the liquid into the secondary collection compartment (11), and at least two electrical conductors (13) positioned in the secondary collection compartment (11) and assembled on an oscillating support (14) for connection with two contacts (15) of an external electrical circuit for detecting the level of the liquid present in the secondary collection compartment (11).
