Abstract: The present invention relates generally to brassieres, particularly to brassieres for fuller figured and plus size women, and more particularly to brassieres for fuller figured and plus size women to wear during sporting activities. According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brassiere comprising a cradle, two straps and two cups each for receiving a breast, each of the cups having an around cup edge section, an underarm edge section, a neckline edge section, a center edge section and an apex, wherein the brassiere further comprises a Y-shaped control panel generally extending from the straps across the top of the neckline edge section of each of the cups and down the center edge section of each of the cups to the cradle.

Abstract: The disclosure concerns a bra adapted for athletic use, of the type comprising a first cup and a second cup, each of them bounded laterally by an outer edge and by an inner edge, and outfitted with a support structure and a base structure. A pocket disposed on the upper surface and includes a closed lower end adjacent a lower edge of the flexible body and an open upper end adjacent an upper edge of the flexible body. A pad is removably secured within the pocket. Fasteners are disposed on the lower surface of the flexible body, which may include adhesives or removable adhesives. The fasteners are configured to secure the lower surface of the flexible body to a garment. The knee pad assembly can be utilized to provide an adjustable support pad for the user's knee when secured to the knee area of a lower body garment.

Abstract: Present disclosure relates generally to design for a strap adjuster. More specifically, this invention relates to a modular strap adjuster designed to decrease pressure applied to a user's neck from a neck strap from an article of clothing, such as an apron, via a vertically aligned section of material releaseably attached to a neck strap and an anchor point located beneath a neck strap. Other improvements in the design of the strap adjuster are also included in this disclosure.

Abstract: A one-size-fits-all wearable motorcycle heat-shield, intended for use by a rider in order to prevent burns from the exhaust pipes of the motorcycle is disclosed. The wearable motorcycle heat-shield is comprised of a planar centered heat-shield with planar regions disposed on either side. The planar regions are temporarily attachable through the use of hook-and-loop fasteners, or other temporary fastening means. The heat-shield is comprised of an outer cover fabricated from a woven water-, flame-, and heat-resistant fabric covering an inner heat-resistant layer.

Abstract: A radiolucent gown including fabric formed into an open anterior panel, a posterior panel and sleeves. Radiolucent anterior snaps and radiolucent sleeve snaps secure the anterior panel and the sleeves. The snaps are all manufactured from a composite material having a 10-45% chopped carbon fiber content and the carbon fibers have an average aspect ratio (L/W) of between 50-120. The snaps have a radio density of less than 60 Hounsfield units, and preferably less than 35 Hounsfield units at a tube voltage of 100-120 kVp. In one embodiment, the radio density of all snaps is between 35-60 Hounsfield units. The snaps all have a radio density of less than 35 Hounsfield units at a tube voltage of 100-120 kVp. Preferably, the snaps are the same shape and size and are size 20 snaps, having a 1.2 inch diameter.

Abstract: A gown is disclosed with an opening in the back extending from the neck area to the bottom creating 2 panels. At least one elastic/flexible/stretchable strap is provided in the neck area of the gown. Each flexible strap has one end attached to each of the 2 panels of the open gown. The gown is designed for the first panel to extend over the second panel and can be weighted to minimize any movement of the first panel away from the second panel. In another embodiment a portion of the first panel extends to the user's side or front area and secured to the side or front of the gown.

Abstract: A garment accessory of the invention designed to be seamlessly worn with sleeveless or strapless tops, dresses or other garments for the purpose of varying the appearance of the original garment, while at the same time concealing a woman's arms without adding undue bulkiness on the torso of the wearer. The garment accessory is made from a multi-way stretch material such that the garment is designed to be form fitting and fit snugly around the arms and torso of the wearer to provide sufficient support to be worn with or without any underlying garment (e.g., brassiere).

Abstract: A headwrap provides fastening mechanisms for covering, protecting, and retaining the hair of a wearer. A fabric panel forming the headwrap may be defined by a head covering, a crown circumscribing the head covering, and a tail extending rearwardly from the crown and having an internal volume able to contain and cover the hair of the wearer. Left and right straps affixed to a base of the tail enable a wearer to tension the straps about the crown to tighten the head covering over the head, tying the straps off at the front of the crown. A loop affixed to a terminus of the tail enables a user to draw the tail forward and hang the loop off a button affixed about the crown on the forehead.

Abstract: An apparatus for protecting cosmetic enhancements, such as false eyelashes, eyelash extensions, or enhanced eyebrows from water, such as shower water, is disclosed. The protective apparatus may comprise a headband, a visor, and left and right ear pieces. The protective apparatus may be worn above a wearer's eyebrow lines and may adjust to create a water impervious seal with a wearer's forehead or face. A structure comprising a combination of the headband and left and right ear pieces' may create the water impervious seal between the protective apparatus and the wearer's face or forehead. A combination of all or any of the above-listed elements may support deflecting water from the cosmetic enhancements. The water impervious seal may minimize water seepage to the wearer's cosmetic enhancements. The present invention may include alternate formations for the visor and ear pieces.

The attachment comprises a first panel having an outer and inner surface, and a clip section comprising a connector and a second panel having an outer and inner surface. The panels are spaced such that the first and second panels face each other and are substantially parallel to each other. The connector connects the first panel and the second panel at the top edge of the first panel and defines a gap between the panels. The gap is sufficient to permit the strap or straps to nest within, such that when the strap or straps are nested, the first and second panels lie on opposite sides of the strap or straps. The first and second panels contain ridges along their edges that engage the strap or straps and keep the cap attachment in place. The outer surfaces of the panels display advertising indicia or decoration and have a cushioned area.

Abstract: A hard hat with symmetric front and back mounting ridges to support a headlamp is described. The hard hat provides mounting ridges to receive insertion slots of a rigid mounting bracket that fit around the ridges. The rigid mounting bracket includes channels to loop a strap through the channels and support a lamp on the bracket. The strap may include a hook and loop fastener system to enable attachment of a variety of lamps to the rigid support bracket. In this way, the hard hat can support a wide variety of headlamps attached to the rigid mounting bracket without destructive alterations to the hard hat. Clips may be added to the rigid mounting bracket to secure or lock the bracket in place during operation and prevent accidental knocks or jarring of the headlamp.

The main hat body is substantially spherical and includes an aperture window that opens forward to provide a field of view to a wearer. The shield is connected to a pair of turning mechanisms protruding from two side faces of the main hat body, and is movable between a closed position at which the shield is located so as to close off the aperture window and an open position at which the shield is located so as to open the aperture window. When the shield is at the closed position, the seal member seals a gap between an upper edge of the shield and an upper edge of the aperture window of the main hat body from a vicinity of one of the turning mechanisms to a vicinity of another of the turning mechanisms. An upper end portion of the shield is inflected toward the main hat body at least at upper edges of left and right end portion vicinities of the seal member.

The ankle post includes three slots arranged in a generally triangular configuration. The strap system includes a strap, a portion of which is threaded through the slots in the ankle post and extending behind the heel of a wearer's foot and from the ankle region into the forefoot region. The strap is folded as it passes between two slots to control the orientation of the strap portions and to allow deliberate adjustment of the strap, but resist unintentional movement of the strap. The strap is selectively moveable through the slots to loosen and tighten the strap through both the ankle and forefoot regions to adjust the fit of the sandal to the wearer's foot.

The example kit provides for the successful creation of unique wearable articles using Brunnian link assembly techniques and includes several pin bars that are supported in a desired special orientation by at least one base. The pins may be assembled in various combination and orientations to provide endless variation of completed link orientations.

A pair of magnets can be embedded in the glasses protector to keep the cover portion in the closed configuration to secure the glasses therein. The magnets can also be used to keep the glasses protector folded up for storage when not being used to protect glasses.

The upper and lower portions of the handle are movably retained together, and a channel is provided at the top of the handle through which the shaving cream is dispensed into a brush or set of bristles at the top of the handle. The lower portion of the handle further includes a heating element to heat the canister so that heated shaving cream can be dispensed. A stand is configured to hold the lower portion of the handle and provide electric power to the heating element in the lower portion of the handle.

The system and method applies a modified Kubelka-Munk transformation of RGB values to the mathematical RGB data of the multiple hair dye colors for the first manufacturer color line, multiplies the modified KM transformed values of the multiple hair dye colors for the first manufacturer color line by their respective percentages and then summing them, and retransforms the summed modified KM transformed values of the multiple hair dye colors back into mathematical RGB values in the original RGB color space.
