The expandable part has a first end anchored to the waist strap or the child supporting part in a region adjacent the waist strap, and a second end anchored to the child supporting part at a location distant from the first end. The expandable part is foldable to displace the first end and the second end toward each other for reducing the bottom distance, and is stretched as the first and second ends are displaced away from each other for increasing the bottom distance.
