The apparatus includes a housing; a receptacle within the housing, the receptacle including one or more cavities, each cavity for containing an aerosol generating material; and a heating arrangement including one or more heater elements for heating aerosol generating material contained in the one or more cavities to generate an inhalable aerosol or gas. The one or more heater elements are located externally of the one or more cavities.

When a load of the suction device applied on the load output unit is detected by the main control unit via the load, detection circuit, the operation switch is configured to perform on-off control on the entire ultraviolet sterilization circuit after the enabled switch is turned on. The present disclosure can avoid waste electricity due to misoperation by performing a linkage control thereof and the ultraviolet sterilization circuit can work normally only after by connecting with the load and closing the operation switch.

The system includes a refillable cartridge operable inside an electronic cigarette. The cartridge has an elongated cavity that contains an e-liquid. The cartridge also has a closed-end and an open end. A silicone seal covers the open end. An injection needle penetrates the seal to inject an e-liquid into the cavity. Adjacent to the injection needle, a vent needle penetrates the airtight silicone seal to create a passageway for air to simultaneously escape the airtight cartridge while e-liquid is being injected therein. In this manner, an equilibrium is formed inside the cavity, creating a smoother refilling. In alternative embodiments, the retail package encapsulates the cartridge, whereby injection and vent needles penetrate both the retail package and the seal.

The grip elements, as disposed on a garment, may enable enhanced frictional forces between the garment and an object, such as exercise equipment, with which the garment may make contact. The grip elements may be composite structures disposed on one or more surfaces of the garment and may include an elastomeric and/or rubbery material with grit materials, such as sand, alumina, silicon carbide, or the like, embedded therein. The grit material may be at least partially exposed at the surface of the grip elements and may enhance gripping forces when the grip elements are wet, such as with sweat, compared to grip elements formed by only elastomeric materials. Grip elements may be formed on various portions of a garment separately and then those portions may be attached to each other to form the garment with grip elements.
