Abstract: A method of forming a photo-cured layer on a substrate can include applying a first photocurable composition overlying a first region of the substrate and a second photocurable composition overlying a second region of the substrate and photo-curing the applied compositions, wherein the first region is a center region of the substrate and the second region is an edge region of the substrate, and the second photocurable composition has a higher vapor pressure than the first photocurable composition. The method can have the advantage that the forming of an extrusion within the edge region of the photo-cured layer can be avoided or being kept very low.

Abstract: A method for accommodating communication between a personal communication device and a satellite communication system includes identifying likely positions of one or more satellites and determining an orientation position of the personal communication device to potentially facilitate a wireless communication connection between the personal communication device and at least one satellite. The orientation position may be provided at a graphical user interface of the personal communication device. A signal received from the satellite may be detected and a determination may be made whether the satellite is capable of establishing the wireless communication connection between the personal communication device and the satellite.

The personal device and/or the cloud computer may obtain data from a vehicle computer of the first connected vehicle and/or from a vehicle computer of a second connected vehicle and evaluate the data to detect a travel pattern of a second individual traveling in either the first connected vehicle or the second connected vehicle. The travel pattern of the second individual is then evaluated to determine whether the second individual is stalking the first individual. A report of the surveillance procedure may be provided to the first individual.
