Specifically, embodiments as disclosed may provide a search operator that addresses the problem of complex query construction for finding objects having a particular value, including a minimum or a maximum value, in one of a set of regions, and the efficient implementation of the searches specified by such search operators.

The yield strength is 862 MPa or more, and a number density of Cu precipitates is 3.0 x 1021 to 50.0 x 1021 /m3.

A connect-disconnect switch is connectable to a power transmission grid and connectable to a distribution grid that may have renewable energy generation sources and loads. A shunt inverter system comprising a 4-quadrant DC-to-AC inverter and a battery power source is connectable to the distribution grid. A controller controls the connect-disconnect switch to connect and disconnect the distribution grid from the power transmission grid, or disconnect a first segment of the distribution grid from a second segment of the distribution grid. The controller operates the shunt inverter system to provide power factor correction to the distribution grid under normal operation. The controller operates the shunt inverter system with switching and current control instructions to enable grid forming and sustaining of continued operation of the distribution grid.

Abstract: A cut resistant fabric and a method of manufacturing a cut resistant fiber is disclosed herein. The fabric comprises a Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) material and a sheet shaped wollastonite filler. The sheet shaped wollastonite filler is treated with a coupling agent and mixed with the UHMWPE material. A thickness of the sheet shaped wollastonite filler is less than 10 micrometers (µm). The method comprises providing the sheet shaped wollastonite filler having a thickness of less than 10 µm and treating the sheet shaped wollastonite filler with a coupling agent at a first predefined temperature to obtain a uniform solution. The method further comprises mixing the uniform solution with a fiber solution comprising UHMWPE resin at a second predefined temperature.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to workload-based dynamic throttling of video processing functions. Systems and methods are disclosed that dynamically throttle video processing and/or streaming based on a workload. Live video is captured from one or more sources (e.g., cameras) and stored. The video is then provided to a video processing engine and a video streaming engine. The video processing engine may perform one or more operations such as object detection, object tracking, and object classification to produce characterization data (e.g., bounding boxes, object trajectories, alerts, object labels, object counts, boundary crossings, intersection highlighting, etc.). System resource usage and performance of the video processing and streaming are monitored to produce workload data (e.g., metrics). Based on the policies and the workload data, the video streaming and/or processing is dynamically reconfigured by adjusting parameters provided to the video streaming and processing engines.

In an illustrative example, a cupcake bouquet frame may be assembled by (releasably) coupling an upper cover and a lower base. The cupcake holders may be formed by following cutlines disposed on the upper cover. In a stowage mode, the cupcake holders may be substantially continuous with the continuous surface. In a display mode, when a cupcake is inserted into a cupcake holder, a portion of the continuous surface is displaced to support a bottom of the cupcake while remaining in physical connection to the continuous surface. Various embodiments may advantageously provide an easy to assemble, aesthetically pleasing, and/or cost-effective frame for creating a cupcake bouquet that resembles a flower bouquet.

The health of an API can include multiple factors. The factors may include correctness of the data returned/output by the API. A high amount of incorrect data may correlate to a lower health metric. A low amount of incorrect data may correlate to a higher health metric. If a health metric value falls below a predetermined threshold, it may indicate that the API health is poor, and hence, should not be used, or should be used with caution, depending on the application. In embodiments, an alternate API may be automatically selected as a replacement for an API in response to a health metric falling below a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science and data analysis, and computer software and systems to provide an interface between repositories of disparate datasets and computing machine-based entities that seek access to the datasets, and, more specifically, to a computing and data storage platform that facilitates consolidation of one or more datasets, whereby data ingestion is performed to form data representing layered data files and data arrangements to facilitate, for example, interrelations among a system of networked collaborative datasets. In some examples, a method may include forming a first layer data file and a second layer data file, assigning addressable identifiers to uniquely identify units of data and data units to facilitate the linking of data, and implementing selectively one or more of a unit of data and a data unit as a function of a context of a data access request for a collaborative dataset.
