The method includes receiving, by an image processing apparatus, an observed image acquired by a detector of the charged particle beam apparatus, calculating, by the image processing apparatus, a point spread function (PSF), deconvoluting and restoring, by the image processing apparatus, the observed image using the observed image and the PSF, calculating, by the image processing apparatus, an evaluation function of the parameter applied to a process of the deconvoluting, and adjusting, by the image processing apparatus, the parameter on the basis of a result of the evaluation function, and restoring the image after deconvoluting the observed image and the PSF again using an optimal parameter. Furthermore, a charged particle beam apparatus using the above-described method of deconvoluting and restoring the image is provided.

The final product was submitted to CO2 adsorption analysis using thermogravimetry for adsorbed quantification. In addition to the pure geopolymer, it is also possible to produce the synthetic geopolymer with the addition of surfactant, or in the composite form with the addition of zeolite, or heat treated to form a zeolite or functionalized with amine, for example, to increase the adsorption capacity.

Further, the present invention relates to the identification of a novel antigen comprising of 219 amino acids of Putative lysine rich protein (PLRP) 25 kDa and its use in the detection of Neurocysticercosis. The amino acid sequences of antigenic polypeptides TSPP21 and TSPP22 are provided, polypeptides are useful as detection tool for identification of T. solium for recognizing active antigens in biological samples. In broad spectrum the invention defined here provides method for detecting active antigen in serum and urine of neurocysticercosis patients in kit formulation. In solitary cyst cases and cases where diagnosis is not clear by neuroimaging, this test will be boon in disguise.
