In examples, the wearable item corresponds to a covering for a portion of a person's body. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to isolation gowns, including isolation gowns of the type used by medical and health personnel. A benefit to the isolation gowns can be providing an improved facility of donning and doffing the isolation gowns. An additional benefit to the isolation gowns can be an improved protection of the wearer from contact with contaminated body fluids or other potentially infectious materials.

Abstract: A finger warming apparatus that is configured to receive four human fingers therein wherein the present invention is configured to be inserted into a pocket or mitten and have fingers journaled thereinto. The finger warming apparatus includes a body wherein the body is formed utilizing a lower wall and an upper wall. The lower wall and upper wall are joined along an outer perimeter edge so as to form a cavity being of suitable size to accommodate four human fingers therein. The body includes an opening providing access to the cavity. The body is formed such that the lower wall has a length that is less than that of the length of an upper wall so as to provide a desired fit and inhibit interference from the palm of the user. The body is manufactured from cloth and includes heating elements disposed in the upper wall and lower wall.

The t-shirt guide ruler provides an apparatus for consistently placing graphics on t-shirts. The plurality of guidelines and the collar notch provides consistent placement of the graphics by lining the collar of the t-shirt with the collar notch and the shoulder seams with the shoulder guidelines. This allows the graphic to be placed in the center of the t-shirt or over the left or right breastplate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for devices and methods that actively circulate air into a helmet and around a wearer's face and head. Advantageously, the devices described herein can be added to off-the-shelf protective helmets and can leverage existing passive ventilation features to actively circulate fresh air without compromising protection against mechanical forces. The devices can be added to helmets on a temporary, permanent, or semi-permanent basis and can be used alongside additional protective accessories such visors, lenses, and/or face guards. The devices and methods described herein are be suitable to virtually all protective helmets (e.g. athletic or safety helmets). The devices described herein are portable, non-restrictive, and fully contained in the interior of the helmet. Helmets with integral forced-air circulation are also provided.

The first side portion and the second side portion of the first shell (a) at least partially overlap the second shell and (b) are laterally flexible with respect to one another to facilitate adjusting a size of the first shell between a minimum size and a maximum size. The size adjustment mechanism includes a tensioner extending between the first side portion and the second side portion. The size adjustment mechanism facilitates ratchet-less and infinite adjustment of the size of the first shell between the minimum size and the maximum size without requiring user manipulation of the size adjustment mechanism.

Abstract: The invention relates to a protective sports helmet purposely designed for a selected group of helmet wearers from amongst a larger population of helmet wearers. A multi-step method for helmet design starts by collecting information from a population of players that may include information about the shape of a player's head and the impacts the player has sustained. This information is then processed to create player population information that is sorted to create categories. Advanced mathematical techniques are utilized to further sort these categories into player groups or data sets based on player attributes. Once the player groups are identified, another multi-step process is utilized to design optimized helmet prototype models for each player group.

Abstract: A footbed for use in footwear is provided. The footbed assembly includes a resilient, flexible material (e.g. EVA or PU foam) that extends the entire length of the footbed. a heel plate made from a material that is more rigid (plastic, carbon fiber) than the resilient foam attaches to the flexible material. The shape of the resilient footbed defines a geometry that provides support and comfort to the user by reducing peak pressures, improving cushioning, and enhancing foot support. The resilient foam and heel plate defines the shape of the midfoot R2 and rearfoot R1 of the footbed while the resilient flexible foam continues forward to define the shape of the forefoot R3 region of the footbed.

The method includes applying a first strand portion to a base layer including positioning adjacent segments of the first strand portion to form a first layer on the base layer. The adjacent segments of the first strand portion having a greater density across a width of the plate between a medial side and a lateral side at a midfoot region of the plate than at a forefoot region of the plate and at a heel region of the plate. The method also includes applying at least one of heat and pressure to the first strand portion and to the base layer to conform the first strand portion and the base layer to a predetermined shape.
