Abstract: An interface in a color Doppler ultrasound spectrum mode is generated on a display screen. In the interface, at a sampling preparation stage, a plurality of sampling instruction receiving regions are generated on a first position where a part of pixels of sampling tools are located and other positions. Instructions given in the regions are configured to control the sampling tools to change sampling ranges and sampling directions and pulse repetition frequencies. At a blood flow spectrum display stage, the sampling instruction receiving regions are closed; and a blood flow spectrum image control instruction region is generated to change a position of a blood flow spectrum baseline, and change an ultrasound signal gain and a spectrum speed. A computer program is stored to implement the operation method for the above color Doppler ultrasound spectrum mode interface.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes an ultrasound imaging system configured to identify a scan line pattern for imaging an object or feature thereof. The system may include a controller that controls a probe for imaging a volume of a subject by transmitting and receiving ultrasound signals in accordance with a plurality of scan line patterns. One or more processors communicating with the probe may generate a plurality of image data sets based on the signals received at the probe, each data set corresponding to a discrete scan line pattern. These data sets are assessed for a target characteristic specific to the object targeted for imaging. One the data set that includes the target characteristic is identified, the one or more processors select the scan line pattern that corresponds the identified image data set. This scan line pattern may then be used for subsequent imaging of the volume to view the object.

Abstract: A system and method for fusing the sacroiliac joint is described herein. The system includes a first sacrum anchor and a first compression anchor for implantation through a bore in the iliac bone into engagement with the first sacrum anchor. The first sacrum anchor includes an external thread portion, and an internal channel defined by an inner surface. The inner surface includes an internal thread portion. The first compression anchor includes an outer thread portion along part of the shaft configured to engage the internal thread portion of the first sacrum anchor. Rotation of the first compression anchor draws the first compression anchor toward the first sacrum anchor when the outer thread portion of the first compression anchor is threadably engaged with the internal thread portion of the first sacrum anchor. This configuration allows a user to dial in the appropriate compression on the SI joint.
