Abstract: A graphical workflow definition and management tool enables administrators and other authorized users to implement a workflow process that can be used to evaluate project submissions or other applications that require step-by-step process completion. The steps required to navigate through the workflow are first defined. Inputs, outputs, and actions, including conditional criteria, can be specified for the steps. The flow of control between the individual steps in the workflow is mapped out; changes to the status of a project submission can cause a submission to migrate to a succeeding step in the workflow. A “sandbox” testing environment allows changes to any aspect of the workflow to be safely evaluated without affecting live data. Conflicts between production and test workflows are identified and intelligently resolved.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a workflow visualization tracking tool based on text mining on a conversation channel. Specifically, a communication interface receives a plurality of user activity items that are related to a shared work item among the plurality of tenants. A first sequence of status indicators representing a workflow progress of the shared work item over a plurality of time instances may be generated from the plurality of user activity items. A first subset of the plurality of user activity items are determined, which are related to at least one sub-item reflected in the first sequence of status indicators. A second sequence of status indicators representing a second workflow progress of the at least one sub-item over the plurality of time instances may be generated from the first subset of the user activity items. The first sequence of status indicators and the second sequence of status indicators may be presented in a visualization structure via a user interface.

Abstract: The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of validating models guided by machine learning algorithms. The innovation can begin by receiving a risk model for validation having multiple sets of data. A first data set is selected from as an input. Outputs are generated for validation. One output can be generating a second set of analysis results using a comparable algorithm to the risk model. Another output can be generating a second set of variables and transformations using a machine learning algorithm and an untransformed set of the selected variables to assess the set of selected transformations. Another output can be generating a third set of variables using one or more machine learning algorithms and an extended feature set of variables to assess the selected variables. The outputs are compared to the analysis results, coefficients, selected variables, and selected transformations. A report of the comparison is generated.

The computer system moderates an action in the observation platform with respect to the structured communication based on results of the context and status analyses.

Abstract: A method for simulating a scenario in a computing environment is described. The method includes determining a user intent of a user from an input received from the user for executing at least one intended task by the user, generating a feature set based on analyzing the user intent, and processing, based on the user intent, at least one data feed received from a database to select at least one plan of action for executing the at least one intended task. At least one plan of action is simulated in a graphical user interface as virtual or augmented reality based on the feature set to enable at least one of responding additionally received input from the user and the at least one intended task is performed according to the user intent.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a machine learning algorithm is used to train a machine-learned model to create a three-dimensional representation of products, with each product mapped into a coordinate in the three-dimensional space. The model selects the coordinates based on the similarity of the product to other products. Coordinates that are closer geometrically in the three-dimensional space represent products that are similar to each other, whereas as the coordinates get further and further away, this implies that the products are less and less similar. This machine-learned model then not only allows for quick analysis of multiple products, as similarity between products or groups of products can be performed using geometric calculations (e.g., cosine distance), but also can then be tied into a three-dimensional representation that can be displayed either on a two-dimensional display or displayed on a three-dimensional display.

Abstract: According to one aspect, a method includes propelling a vehicle to a location. The vehicle includes at least one compartment configured to contain at least one delivery item and at least one transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism arranged to be activated to cause the delivery item to be purged from the at least one compartment. The method also includes determining when the vehicle is authorized to deliver the delivery item at the location, aligning the vehicle with respect to a target at the location, opening a door to the at least one compartment, and activating the transfer mechanism after opening the door. Activating the transfer mechanism includes causing the transfer mechanism to purge the delivery item such that the delivery item is obtained by the target. The target is arranged to receive the delivery item when the delivery item is purged from the at least one compartment.

The drawers can be reconfigured using one or more dividers to divide the drawers into two or more compartments. The cabinet has cameras mounted to it and uses images to determine if a compartment contains an item and other information. In some embodiments, features are implemented to closely monitor the self-serve access and removal of items from the cabinet. Features can include the incorporation of serialization of items and automated tracking of items in a bulk item stocked in the cabinet. Features can also include multimode access such as allowing users to quickly access contents of the cabinet while for example providing graphical illustrations based on information about the stock in a supporting database.

Abstract: Disclosed is a new intelligent forms automation solution for receiving a request or submission involving multiple types of non-native forms in a consistent manner. An engine locates a field in a non-native form, extracts a globally unique identifier (GUID) from the field and form data from data fields of the non-native form. The GUID is used by the engine to identify and retrieve a virtual copy of a native form identified. The engine fills the virtual copy of the native form with form data from the non-native form. Since the native form can have an associated workflow process, the form data from the non-native form is processed through the workflow. The native form and the non-native form can be created independently of one another. In some cases, a native form can be used to create a non-native form with a hidden field containing the GUID of the native form.

Abstract: Techniques for managing namespaces in a multi-cluster management (MCM) system to facilitate multi-cluster application development are provided. In one set of embodiments, a computer system executing the MCM system can create a workspace for an application being developed by a software development team of an organization, where the workspace is a logical grouping of namespaces on which the application has been or will be deployed, and where at least a subset of the namespaces can belong to different clusters of the organization. The computer system can then assign a member of the development team as a workspace administrator of the workspace, thereby enabling that development team member to perform management tasks on the workspace and its member namespaces via the MCM system (e.g., creating and adding namespaces to the workspace, setting access/image/network policies on the workspace, etc.), without help from the organization's IT staff.

The method includes determining a behavior model that is trained to predict demand for replacement aircraft parts from a training set across a plurality of aircraft of the type of aircraft. The behavior model is implemented as a directed acyclic graph of machine learning models that are connected to one another. The time series are applied to the behavior model to predict the demand for the replacement aircraft parts, a plan is created for acquisition of the replacement aircraft parts and maintenance of the aircraft based on the demand as predicted, and the plan is executed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that may convert traditional tickets into secure digital assets protected by cryptographic public/private keys that deploy these tickets on a blockchain. By structuring these tickets as smart digital contracts, such system can act as a self-policing escrow while simultaneously allowing ticket issuers greater control over the tickets after the tickets leave the ticket issuers' possession. The system can incorporate specific capabilities into the digital assets to provide an increased level of multiple ownership, security granularity, and sales restrictions in ticket transactions.

Abstract: An artificial intelligence (AI) system for guiding a user interaction in a phone call or chat session. The system includes a computer running an AI algorithm, such as a machine learning algorithm, which is trained to recognize patterns in user interaction dialog which lead to satisfactory outcomes for the user. The system may operate in a completely autonomous mode, or the system connect a human agent in the loop. The algorithm adaptively guides the dialog to achieve a favorable outcome based on the current status of the dialog—including identifying a next question to ask, information to provide, or an action to take. The algorithm is trained via supervised learning using real dialog transcriptions from past user interactions which have been supplemented with decision points and outcomes. After deployment, update training may be performed on the algorithm using data captured by the system after the user interactions.
