  • Patent number: 11909547
Abstract: A method for fetching a content from a web server to a client device is disclosed, using tunnel devices serving as intermediate devices. The tunnel device is selected based on an attribute, such as IP Geolocation. A tunnel bank server stores a list of available tunnels that may be used, associated with values of various attribute types. The tunnel devices initiate communication with the tunnel bank server, and stays connected to it, for allowing a communication session initiated by the tunnel bank server. Upon receiving a request from a client to a content and for specific attribute types and values, a tunnel is selected by the tunnel bank server, and is used as a tunnel for retrieving the required content from the web server, using standard protocol such as SOCKS, WebSocket or HTTP Proxy. The client only communicates with a super proxy server that manages the content fetching scheme.

Abstract: An angular domain channel estimation method based on matrix reconstruction for a symmetrical nonuniform array is a combined two-stage channel estimation and channel equalization scheme provided based on an SNLA model. In a first stage, a matrix reconstruction method is used to estimate a path AOA, and compared with traditional channel estimation based on ULA, the matrix reconstruction method achieves a higher resolution ratio. In a second stage, an LS method is used to obtain a path gain. According to the angular domain channel estimation method, a mean square error of channel estimation, a bit error of data transmission and complexity of a traditional scheme are significantly reduced. A simulation result indicates that compared with the traditional method, the angular domain channel estimation method can achieve a lower MSE and BER.

Abstract: Decision feedback equalization (DFE) is used to help reduce inter-symbol interference (ISI) from a data signal received via a band-limited (or otherwise non-ideal) channel. In embodiment, a single-ended receiver trains DFE coefficients and the slicer reference voltage to improve the received eye height. The process for training avoids many whole range sweeps thereby shortening training time. A custom data pattern that includes low-frequency (DC with respect to DFE) and high-frequency (AC with respect to DFE) worst cases is used for training in a closed loop manner. Negative DFE is used to measure the AC height of the data. Positive DFE is used to find the DC height of the data pattern.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to the autonomous remediation of IT asset records in accordance with rules-based asset management policies. An IT asset record associated with an IT asset and having a first piece of IT asset information is received and evaluated for compliance in accordance with defined asset management rules. The asset management rules require the IT asset record to include both the first piece and a second piece of IT asset information. In view of the rules, a determination is made that the IT asset record requires remediation. Based on a determination that the IT asset record requires remediation, a decision-tree machine learning model is utilized to infer, based on IT asset information available in the IT asset record, at least the second piece of IT asset information to place the IT asset record in compliance with the asset management rules.

Abstract: Systems and methods of managing creation and configuration for 5G networks, NFs and NSSIs are provided. An instantiation or configuration request received from a managed entity respectively instantiates or configures the appropriate element. For NF instantiation, when the NF has a virtualized part to be instantiated by a VNF, interaction with an NFV MANO system instantiates the VNF is followed by NF instantiation notification and MOI creation for the NF. For NF configuration, the NF is configured and notification provided thereof. For network instantiation, after reception of a network creation request, interaction with the system to instantiate a NS that realizes the network is followed by determination that a new VNF associated with the NS has been instantiated, creation of a NF (constituting the network) MOI is realized by the new VNF, and NF configuration. • Patent number: 11909591
Abstract: In one embodiment, dynamic user private networks are virtually segmented within a shared virtual network. A network control system maintains the dynamic logical segmentation of the shared virtual network. User entities (e.g., user devices and/or services) are communicatively coupled to respective personal virtual networks via endpoints of access devices. Each of these endpoints is associated with a corresponding user private network. Responsive in real-time to automated processing of a received electronic particular user request, the network control system automatically modifies the dynamic logical segmentation of the shared virtual network to move a particular user entity on the shared virtual network to newly being on the first dynamic user private network without being disconnected from the shared virtual network. One embodiment uses different user private network identifiers (UPN-IDs) associated with endpoints and received packets to identify their respective user private network.

There are two cases to be considered: (1) the network has a given capacity and the system doesn't know what it is (e.g., on a cellular network) this capacity may change over time as more users use the network and/or a user is mobile, and (2) the system is assigned capacity but by pushing the network, the system may be able to get more capacity (e.g., on a satellite hub). The excess capacity may be quantified for future potential opportunistic, emergency or priority usage, or in some embodiments, utilized periodically or continuously.

Abstract: Processes and systems for identifying and removing non-functional Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices from a cellular network are discussed herein. In one example, a probability distribution function of a data profile transmitted by a type of IoT devices is generated. The probability distribution function may be chosen based on a known distribution such as a Gaussian, Bessel, or linear regressive model. The probability distribution function may be empirically generated by applying data received from IoT devices to a machine learning model using supervised or unsupervised learning. After generating the model representing the expected data profile of data received from a type or class IoT devices, data transmitted by the IoT devices may be applied to the model to determine whether the IoT devices are functional or non-functional. Non-functional IoT devices may be removed from the cellular network.

To improve the efficiency of communication, the system may implement the port extension protocol which may allow communication devices to utilize ports of other devices for communication purposes. To do so, the communication devices may instruct the other devices with respect to how the communication devices expect the other devices to process data units transmitted via networks (e.g., network data units). However, not all of the other devices that may process the network data units may include functionality to process and/or implement the instructions from the communication devices. Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments for constructing an abstract domain topology. In one embodiment, a Path Computation Element (PCE) is configured as a parent PCE to at least one child PCE. Each of the child PCEs is responsible for providing path computational services for a domain. Communication is established between the parent PCE and the at least one child PCE.
