The exercise recommendation system can also implement a machine-learned model configured to predict a measure of strength for the user, and can, in response to determining that the measure of strength of the user has decreased or plateaued over time, modify a workout for a user based on a muscle or muscle group associated with the measure of strength. Likewise, the exercise recommendation system can modify a workout in response to a predicted measure of strength being less than an actual measure of strength, for instance to include exercises targeting muscles associated with the measure of strength.

The molded tungsten alloy injection blank is embedded into a stainless steel injection molded mould, the stainless steel feed and the tungsten alloy injection blank are subjected to injection molding to obtain an integrated injection blank subjected to in-mould injection molding, and the golf head with dual metal components is prepared by degreasing and sintering. The preparation process of the present disclosure is applied to golf heads required for counterweight assembling, is completed by using one-time degreasing and sintering process after injection molding of dual metals so as to break through the limitation of a metal injection molding (MIM) technology that can only produce one metal part once, and can be used for one-time molding of stainless steel and tungsten alloy metal parts.

A first grip is located nearer the top end of the neck; that is, near the end of the neck away from the weighted portion. The second grip is located on the neck between the first grip and the weighted portion. Each grip protrudes from the neck at a defined angle. The weighted portion is a mass of material that is sized and shaped to provide a convenient mass that can be swung by the user.
