Abstract: A furnishing unit includes at least one surface configured support weight of a user of the furnishing unit, an identifier conveyance unit configured to convey furnishing unit identifier data of the furnishing unit; and a furnishing processing system. The furnishing processing system is operable to receive experience selection data generated by a client device associated with the user based on user input by the user to an interactive user interface, where the client device generates the experience selection data based on determining the furnishing unit identifier data for the furnishing unit via an identifier input element when in proximity to the furnishing unit. The furnishing processing system is further operable to configure output of at least one experience facilitation element of a set of experience facilitation elements associated with the furnishing unit based on the experience selection data.

The standing frame includes a first leg and a second leg, the first leg having a first side segment, the second leg having a second side segment. The top rail portion includes a first rail and a second rail connected with each other via an articulation, an end of the first side segment being pivotally connected with the first rail at a first location spaced apart from the articulation, and an end of the second side segment being pivotally connected with the second rail at a second location spaced apart from the articulation. The linkage assembly couples each of the first side segment and the second side segment to the articulation, the linking assembly being connected with the articulation in a region between the first location and the second location.

Abstract: A self-closing door assembly for limiting access to goods displayed on a shelving system. A frame assembly is attached to the shelving system adjacent the front edge of a first shelf, with upper and lower guide rails to slidably engage a pair of overlapping and self-closing doors. The door are aligned to laterally slide open from a closed position at which they interfere with manual access to the goods displayed on the shelf. Springs disposed between the frame assembly and the doors urge the doors toward the closed position. The doors are adapted for manual engagement to be urged toward the open position, and the springs automatically return the doors to the closed position upon manual release thereof.

Abstract: A retention device for framed items. The retention device includes a pair of ends with caps intended to sit within the corners of a frame. These caps are pressed up against the corners of the frame and are held in place using springs or other retractable forces to ensure that the retention device remains in place until selectively removed by the user. A central bridge connects the caps and provides the outward force to secure the device within the frame.

Abstract: A wall hanger extension device comprising a base portion and an extension portion, the base portion comprising a first end and a second end oppositely positioned from one another about the base portion and the extension portion comprising a proximal end and a distal end oppositely positioned from one another about the extension portion. The second end of the base portion is connected to the proximal end of the extension portion. The base portion comprises a base cavity extending into the base portion at the first end. The extension portion comprises a plurality of sections, wherein each of the plurality of sections is separable from the extension portion.

Abstract: A pillowcase comprising a main body formed by stitching together a front panel and a rear panel along the side edges and a bottom edge for creating a housing for accommodating a pillow. A top opening is located along the longer side of the main body, eliminating the need to forcefully insert the pillow. The pillowcase also features a flexible flap which can be folded and tucked into the housing to secure the pillow, preventing the pillow from slipping out during use. Furthermore, when the pillow is inserted into the main body, the flap is folded and inserted between the front panel and the front surface of the pillow. The free edge of the flap is tucked in between the pillow and the bottom edge of the pillowcase, securely positioning the flap in a closed position, which covers the pillow and prevents the pillow from slipping.

The pillowcase has a bottom layer that is adjacent to the bottom exterior of the pillowcase. The pillowcase further can have a second contiguous bottom layer of the polyester nylon wicking microsuede and a third contiguous bottom layer of the polyurethane laminate material.

Abstract: A bedding system comprising a bedding insert and a bedding cover is discussed herein. The bedding insert includes a first portion of a zipper that corresponds to a second portion of a zipper found in the bedding cover. The second zipper portion is disposed on an inside portion of the bedding cover near an edge of the bedding cover. The bedding cover further includes a front panel that is connected to a back panel. Also discussed herein, is bedding cover comprising one or more zipper portions disposed on an inside portion near one or more edges of the bedding cover. The bedding cover also includes a front panel and a back panel that is connected to the front panel.

Abstract: A multi-chamber container with an educational function. The multi-chamber container is designed to provide a housing, with a sidewall extending between a bottom wall and a top wall, that can store food or beverage substances therein. The housing includes a primary chamber and at least one secondary chamber. The primary chamber is accessible via a primary opening, while each secondary chamber is individually accessible via a secondary opening. The container provides an educational function in that the primary chamber stores a desired liquid or solid material and the secondary chamber is empty. The primary and secondary openings are indistinguishable to the consumer until opened from a closed state. The selection of the primary opening corresponds to a correct answer to a question displayed on, or associated with, the container.

Abstract: A drinking assembly includes a cup for holding a beverage. A lid is connectable to the cup and has a top surface and a bottom surface. An integral straw extends along a wall of the cup between a bottom end and a top end. A tapered member extends from one of the bottom surface of the lid and is received by the top end of the integral straw, or from the top end of the integral straw and received by a connecting member at the bottom surface of the lid. A flexible straw is connectable to the tapered member for receiving fluid from the integral straw.

The base and the plurality of supporting elements hold the head portion in equilibrium and spaced away from the outside surface in both the weighted state and in the relaxed state. When stacked, the plurality of supporting elements and the base hold the flatware kit in equilibrium. When stacked, the head portions are spaced from one another and from the outside surface.

Abstract: A digital drink coaster device patent is provided. The device is comprised of a body, a display screen, a charging dock, and a mobile application. The charging dock allows the device to be easily stored while recharging the battery. Once the device is powered on, a display screen displays content in any form, such as images, text, videos, designs, etc. The content that is displayed on the display screen may be customized by a user by accessing the mobile application from where content may be uploaded and sequenced in any way the user prefers.

Abstract: A device, system and method for assisting in putting on a lower body garment on a user is disclosed herein. The device includes an annular body, which in some embodiments includes an accordion-like configuration, that is adapted to be inserted within a waistband of the lower body garment and expanded to temporarily widen the waistband of the underwear or lower body garment. As such, a user (or caregiver) is able to easily pull the underwear over the widest and/or the lowest part of the lower body of the user (for example, the buttocks or the feet).

Abstract: The present invention discloses a rug that is weighted along the outer edges, the central portion or a combination thereof to prevent bunching, gathering or upturns of the rug and to hold the rug in place. Such rugs comprise pockets or sleeves on the bottom surface of the rug wherein flat weighted inserts can be placed in these pockets or sleeves. The weighted inserts could be coated metallic inserts with length greater than the width or coated or non-coated weighted pellets. The pockets or sleeves can encase the weighted inserts completely or covering just one surface, can be attached or detachable and can be closed at both ends or closed at one end and open at the other end.

Abstract: A metal curtain glide includes a spherical metal core coupled to a cable and having a polymer cup formed to fit a base of the metal core. The polymer cup includes a central opening for the cable to extend therethrough. An eyelet having a circular member with a connecting member is coupled to an end of the cable. A first member of a fastener assembly is coupled to the eyelet and configured to be removably secured to a second member of the fastener assembly that is coupled to a curtain. The curtain glide remains functional if the polymer cup fails.

Abstract: A novel food ingredient dispenser unit (DiU) for an automated-cooking-apparatus is disclosed. Embodiments of the novel DiU may comprise a food-ingredient-cartridge (FIC) and a conveying-screw (CoS). The CoS can be configured to be associated with the FIC and to convey food ingredients from the FIC toward an opening of the DiU. In addition a first end of the CoS is associated with a cork that is configured to block the opening of the DiU when the DiU is not-active. Further, the CoS can be moved in a linear motion in order to open the DiU.

The top cover includes a seal against the side walls and a center recess into which fits a blender food canister and through which the user can grip via top cover flexible material.

Abstract: A drain support block is configured to support a drain body during installation of a shower base, thereby easing problems commonly encountered when the drain body is misaligned, misoriented, or sagging during shower base installation. The drain support block may be cut to fit between floor joists with the supported drain body resting at any location between the joists, thereby allowing the support block to be rapidly resized for attachment between joists to situate the drain body at any desired location for the drain hole of the shower base. The support block also beneficially supports the bottom of the shower base about its drain hole, thereby deterring breakage of the shower base about the drain hole when shower users stand thereupon.

The abrasive material layer is made of a sponge, a terrycloth, or a loofah made of mesh.
