The flat blank includes a leading panel and a trailing panel. A flat insert is provided and adhered to a panel selected from the group of the leading panel, the trailing panel of the hood, and combinations thereof. The die used to erect the hood includes a die recess. When the die is positioned within the mold, the central portion of the flat insert becomes spaced apart from the hood top. The die recess provides for space to accommodate the central portion of the flat insert becoming spaced apart from the hood top.

Abstract: A clamping device is applied to a cover of a container and comprises a first gear plate having a first rail hole, a second gear plate having a second rail hole, a guiding plate configured between the first gear plate and the second gear plate and having a guiding slot, a first motor, a second motor and a clamp assembly. The first motor is configured to drive the first gear plate to rotate. The second motor is configured to drive the second gear plate to rotate. The clamp component of the clamp assembly is disposed in the first rail hole, the second rail hole and the guiding slot and configured to contact the cover. The first motor and the second motor drive the first gear plate and the second gear plate to rotate in opposite directions and drive the clamp component to move inwardly for clamping the cover.

The apparatus can include an xyz-positioner, and a sticker labeling dispenser, wherein the xyz-positioner is disposed on a waste collection vehicle, and wherein the sticker labeling dispenser is disposed on the xyz-positioner, and wherein the xyz-positioner is configured to move the sticker labeling dispenser along x, y, and z coordinates and into proximity with the waste container during operations of the waste collection vehicle, such that the sticker label can be applied to the waste container.

Abstract: The present disclosure a packaging apparatus for packaging bags equipped with a label printer, the packaging apparatus having a remarkably high packaging speed in comparison to packaging apparatuses of the related art. The packaging apparatus of the present disclosure includes a frame equipped with components for operating and controlling the apparatus therein, a bag feeding unit automatically conveying and feeding half-cut and wound bags, a label attaching unit installed on the frame and printing and attaching a label to the bags that are conveyed, and an opening and sealing unit opening tops of the bags, putting a product into the bags, and then packing the bags through sealing.

Abstract: The present invention provides a locking device for containers, such as waste containers. The locking device comprises a rolling member. When the locking device is in its upright position, the rolling member blocks the locking device from being able to rotate to an open position. When the locking device is tilted, the rolling member rolls to its release position which allows the locking device to rotate to the open position. The locking device also include a manual release mechanism for a user to manually place the rolling member into the release position, so that he/she can manually open the locking device when it is in the upright position.

Some embodiments of the trash can assembly include a body component and a lid configured to move between an open position and a closed position. Abstract: Throughout several portions of a refuse collection system, coupling between hydraulic cylinders to related mechanical components are achieved using bolt-in bushings. The bolt-in bushings allow for improved efficiency in the manufacturing process and allow for repairs to be easily carried out by having a cylindrical opening configured to receive an attachment pin and a main body that is configured to be inserted into openings within portions of related mechanical components. The main body has a flange that will support connection holes, thereby allowing for attachment to the operating components of the refuse collection vehicle.

Internal bracing is bolted in place which in turn creates the frame structure. A front (aisle side) column is designed as a two-piece column fitted (welded or bolted) with a bracket at a predetermined connection point. The bracket allows for the replacement of a lower portion of the column in the event of damage by simply releasing hardware connections.
