Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a technique to improve usability of a workbench for a power tool. To achieve the object, a representative workbench for a power tool is provided with a table, first and second supports, a shaft, a handle body, a handle, a lock mechanism and a lock release member. The lock release member includes an elongated element disposed below the upper surface of the table and extending along the table toward the handle, and the lock of the table is released when the user pulls the elongated element in the longitudinal direction of the elongated element. According to the invention, the user can release the lock of the table simply by pulling the elongated element, so that ease of lock releasing operation is enhanced.

Abstract: A collapsible table selectively positionable between an upright position above a surface and a collapsible position for storage. The table includes a table top having an envelope defining an interior cavity that is configured with an internal periphery sufficient for receiving one or more seating members therein when the table is positioned in the collapsed position. In operation, pedestals of the table may be pivoted between an extended position such that the pedestals support the table above a surface and a retracted position such that the pedestals are introduced within the interior cavity of the table and thereby substantially rest against the underside of the table top. The disposition of the seating members within the cavity of the table, and in relation to each other, further facilitates a means for securing the pedestals of the table in a collapsed position within the interior cavity of the table during storage.

Abstract: This invention provides a stand for a camper that will allow the camper to be used in an elevated position when it is removed from the truck. The stand is to be attached to the bottom of camper. The legs easily fold up to put the camper back on the truck, and fold down when it is off the truck. The legs are designed with axle and angle braces for side-to-side stability, and fold down past the 90-degree angle so the legs will tension the folding braces for front to rear stability. The main frame, which attaches to the camper, is the size of the camper structure that is within the truck box, therefore the stand supports the camper as it would be supported when in the truck box. This stand can be attached as an after market product or could be used as the base for construction of a camper.

In one embodiment, the lock actuating mechanism includes a handle coupled to the locking pin and a spring biased against the locking pin.

Abstract: A novel process is provided to fabricate interconnections (46c) in transistors (14) having self-aligned, planarized contacts (46s, 40g, 46d) in a novel, completely self-aligned configuration. The process of the invention permits higher packing densities, and allows feature distances to approach 0.5 .mu.m and lower.A unique combination of masks in conjunction with a multi-layer structure (28) formed on the surface of a semiconductor wafer (16), the multi-layer structure including a buried etch-stop layer therein (28b), defines the source (18), gate (22), and drain (20) elements and their geometry relative to each other and to interconnects. Polysilicon plug (40, 46) contacts through slots in the multi-structure layer permit vertical contact to be made to the various elements. Silicidation (56) of the polysilicon plugs reduces series resistance in the vertical direction and permits strapping of N.sup.+ and p.sup.+ polysilicon plugs.
