In storage or transit configuration, it is folded and forms into a compact, portable box/carrying case. The voting booth is of two components, a top portion which is the carrying case and also forms the voting table, and a base portion which can be folded and stored inside the carrying case. The top portion is in the form of a container having a lid which is swung pivotally around against the bottom of the container to expose a back shield and a pair of side shields, forming the voting table. Unique standoffs and corner braces are pivotally attached to the table top which folds for storage. The table top, bench seats and braced leg assemblies are removably and interlockingly attached to two crossbeams. The bench seats are uniquely attached by pairs of pegs and holes which are at right angles which trap the seats and provide stiffness to the assembly.
