Abstract: A collapsible structural frame configured to provide a structure to which building material sheets are attached to form a surface. The frame includes a first frame portion that corresponds to a first portion of the surface and is configured to receive a first sheet of the building material and a second frame portion that corresponds to a second portion of the surface and is configured to receive a second sheet of the building material. A pivoting mechanism attaches the second frame portion to the first frame portion and has a pivoting axis. The pivoting mechanism permits the second frame portion to rotate about the pivoting axis relative to the first frame portion from an undeployed state to a deployed state. A locking mechanism may fix a relative position of the first frame portion and the second frame portion in the deployed state.

Abstract: An improved outdoor patio table with centrally secured outdoor patio heater, and methods of using the same are disclosed. The outdoor patio heater may be secured to the within the patio table without increasing the exterior perimeter of the patio table when securing or removing the patio heater. The patio table may be suitable for applications where there are a plurality of tables in a line and when a patio heater is removed frequently.

The apparatus may be constructed of a first apparatus top section and a second apparatus top section which may be pivotally connected together by a center support structure. The apparatus may have two sets of legs. A first set of legs may be movably attached to the center support structure and a second set of legs may also be movably attached to the center support structure. Each set of legs may also be attached to the apparatus top via a first and a second leg support extending from the legs to the apparatus top sections. Abstract: An alignment device for a portable motorized miter saw may allow a user to easily reproduce cuts of the same length, even when the miter saw is taken off and replaced back on a portable miter saw stand. The alignment device includes a three piece connector that allows for easy set-up of wings on either side of the saw, which are used to support the material being cut. Because the wings attach directly to the saw itself, the wings stay in exactly the same relationship to the saw blade. Thus, when a stop is attached to the wing, material can be cut to the same size lengths, even though the saw may be taken down one day and set up another day.

Four identical length legs are configured to be constrained inside the panels and each of the legs having a top end configured to be placed in one of the slots in one of the panels. The leg pivots against the table top and the table top pivots against the cooler.

The disclosure further provides a combined painter's table (whose exterior covers provide work surfaces that are both configurable and adjustable) and carrying case that is collapsible and portable. The disclosure features a unique combination of features such as paint and water reservoirs with built-in drainage systems, and a wallpaper roll dispenser integrated into a collapsible and portable table surface that also features receptacles integrated into the table surface for holding painter's and wallpaperer's tools. The disclosure has both industrial and residential applications and is suitable for use by professional, semi-professional and non-professional painters and wallpaperers.

To store the desk, the foldable board is detached and folded; the walls are detached and their halves are decoupled; the cover is detached from the base and the leg detaches from the cover, storing therein the base, the leg and both walls halves. In an embodiment, the desk is provided with transparent horizontal panels mounted on the cover.

Abstract: Relocatable personal and/or pet safety shelters for protecting occupants from dangerous conditions such as those from hurricanes and tornadoes. The shelters can include metal wall and ceiling panels of approximately 10 gage to approximately 12 gage thick and be able to withstand winds of up to approximately 250 miles per hour or greater, and be able to withstand a projectile such as 2 inch by 4 inch wood member shot at approximately 100 miles per hour from penetrating inside. The shelter can have a length of approximately 60 inches, a width of approximately 30 inches, a height of approximately 55 inches, with a total weight of up to approximately 940 pounds. The shelter can have fixed bench seats along opposite sides of the door from each other, and be attached in a fixed horizontal orientation above the floor by elongated L-shaped brackets that are attached to the walls be removable fasteners.

A pair of side rails is connected to each planar portion. A foldable leg and support brace is connected to each planar portion. The hinge assembly includes a hinge pin, a first hinge connector and a second hinge connector rotatably disposed on the hinge pin. The first hinge connector has a cam portion. A locking pin is disposed through a slot in the second hinge connector so that when the locking pin is positioned nearest the hinge axis, the cam portion abuts the locking pin, thus locking the table top. When the locking pin is positioned farthest from the hinge axis, the first hinge connector is able to freely rotate about the hinge axis.
