Abstract: A method and apparatus for cooling smoke wherein a cooling liquid is introduced into a chamber. The chamber includes a containment wall and the method provides for reducing the thermal migration of heat across the containment wall from an outside environment into the chamber. Smoke is received through a stem that protrudes into the cooling liquid. By reducing the pressure applied to the surface of the cooling liquid, through a pressure reduction path, the smoke is drawn downward through the stem into the cooling liquid, where is allowed to bubble up to the surface and enjoyed as cold smoke by a tobacco user.

Lastly, the system includes a bowl with a conical exterior that is complementary in shape to the conical opening in the bottle. The bowl can form a conical, glass-to-glass seal with the bottle.

A hollow member defining a fluid pathway is positioned proximate a heating element with a phyto material contact surface. An electrical heater is positioned on the opposite side of the phyto material contact surface. Phyto material or extract deposited on the phyto material contact surface can be vaporized by heat from the electrical heater. The vapor can enter the fluid pathway and pass through the hollow member to an inhalation aperture. The electrical heater may be powered by an electrical power source provided in a support unit. The hollow member can be mounted to a vapor processing device that cools and/or filters the vapor before it reaches the inhalation aperture. The support unit may have securement mechanisms to attach the vapor processing device to the vaporization device.

The invention contains the smoking material during combustion. The combustion of the smoking material releases the pharmacologically active media in a gas phase. The invention is a partitioned structure. The invention is configured to store a plurality of doses of the smoking material. Each dose is stored in a partition. Each partition displays a scale that measures the dose of the smoking material contained in the partition. The invention comprises a partitioned bowl and a transport structure. The partitioned bowl is the partitioned structure that contains one or more doses of the smoking material. The transport structure forms a fluidic connection between the partitioned bowl and the hookah that transports the gas phase of the pharmacologically active media from the partitioned bowl to the hookah.

Abstract: A water pipe is made of ice from a flexible mold. The mold has a central main sheath to form a central smoke channel in the ice pipe. A core plug is placed in the central main sheath to prevent a collapse of the central main sheath during the freeze process. A bulkhead projects from the side of the mold which has a smoke channel therein. A smoke sheath intersects with the central main sheath to form a smoke channel from a bowl on the smoke channel inlet up the central smoke channel. The ice pipe is placed on a tray having an associated LED entertainment light so as to light up the ice pipe during use.

A base unit is found at the second end of the arm that includes a control circuit electrically coupled with the temperature sensor and a battery and a temperature indication unit, the control circuit for receiving of the first temperature signal and for displaying a visual representation of the temperature signal on the temperature indication unit, wherein the temperature measurement device has a weight where the weight of the temperature measurement device presses the first end against the vaporization element and in some embodiments the floor of the vaporization element for thermally coupling the temperature sensor with the vaporization element.

Abstract: The present invention is a device used to filter and cool tobacco smoke. The device burns dry tobacco and then cleans and cools the smoke before it is delivered to the lungs of the user. The present invention uses an electric fan in the body of the pipe which creates a spinning vortex in the water. The vortex subsequently cleans and filters the tobacco smoke rapidly and efficiently via water diffusion all while keeping the tobacco in the bowl lit. This process results in a smooth and cool toke delivered to the user.

The smoking apparatus includes a first chamber that contains and burns a kief substance and has a single exit pipe that delivers the smoke to a second chamber, wherein the exit pipe attaches to a vertical tube having a plurality of apertures in the lower end. The aperture end of the tube is submerged in water that fills a portion of the second chamber and the mouthpiece extends from the top of the second chamber. The first chamber includes two air inlets that are directed inward and form a helical movement as the smoke is drawn from the chamber. The mouthpiece has an integral gravity seal that is hingedly mounted therein and the exit tube from the first chamber includes an integral molded handle.

Abstract: A smoking apparatus or water pipe comprised of one or more hollow or tubular section openings connected by a butt seal. The butt seal is formed by affixing a ring magnet to the exit opening of one section and affixing a second ring magnet the entrance opening of a second section. When the sections are joined, the ring magnets form a watertight and airtight seal between the two openings such that the need for a flange or other similar structure and or additional seal is unnecessary to maintain the integrity of the joint. A second embodiment employs interconnect assemblies inserted into select ends of the glass fixtures in order to seal thereto with gaskets/sealing rings and to provide a flush face within which is embedded a ring magnet for magnetically interconnecting adjacent glass members.

Abstract: A hookah and method for smoking a hookah are disclosed that permit more effective purging of “stale” wetted tobacco smoke from a hookah. Air is drawn through the top of the chimney and is heated by the resistance ribbon.
