Abstract: A decorative and magnetic cleanout cover. The decorative and magnetic cleanout cover may comprise: a cover portion and a magnet. The magnet may be coupled to the cover portion and may be adapted to magnetically engage with a cleanout engagement device. The cleanout engagement device may be configured to physically engage with a drain cleanout. The cover portion may be configured to substantially obscure from view the drain cleanout when the cover portion is magnetically coupled to the cleanout engagement device. The cleanout cover may be removeable from the cleanout engagement device, such that the drain cleanout is accessible when the cleanout cover is removed.
Abstract: A priming-water conduit from a sink water faucet unit to a floor drain p-trap is located between the faucet valve and the faucet water-outlet. The faucet valve controls water flow into said conduit, and, therefore, into said p-trap, without any other valve or control system. The priming-water conduit may be attached, and in fluid communication with, various structures of the faucet that are downstream of the faucet valve(s), such as: the mixing chamber of a mixing faucet; the water line from the mixing chamber to the faucet outlet/nozzle; or any water-containing structure that is downstream of the faucet valve. Each time the faucet is turned on, by means of the manual faucet valve, a portion of the water passing from the valve to the mixing chamber and/or by other routes to the faucet outlet/nozzle, will flow into the priming-water conduit and to the p-trap.
Abstract: A resilient, deformable sewage back flow stop plug is disclosed that may be comformably compressed within a junction between a structure sewage effluent line and a sewer main. The plug is sized such that, when compressed, it deforms and conformably seals all access conduits to the structure sewage effluent line/sewer main junction. The plug may be deformed around any debris and/or sewage deposits located within the junction, conforming to fill and seal all access conduits and preventing the back flow of sewage into the structure.
