The position of the inlet conduit may be altered without affecting the sealing connection between the inner sleeve and the seal(s), such that the desirable overall height may be achieved.

    Abstract: A pre-heat system for the catalyst of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) device includes an air blower, an interconnecting pipe, a heater unit, and a heat supply pipe. The air blower and the heater unit are in fluid communication with each other through the interconnecting pipe while the heater unit is in fluid communication with an exhaust system through the heat supply pipe. A hot-air flow generated from the air blower and the heater unit flows into the exhaust system so that the hot-air flow is able to pre-heat the catalyst of the SCR device at or close to an activation temperature. Then the SCR device can efficiently and quickly reduce Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) particles of the exhaust gas.

    Abstract: A blanket apparatus for accepting and distributing a pressurized flow of conditioned air into a zone around the body of a bed occupant. The apparatus includes an upper layer and lower layer of differing air permeability, joined to form a flow cavity between them for the pressurized air. A plurality of joining methods between the upper and lower layer is provided within the flow area to prevent the blanket from ballooning under the pressurized air flow. The blanket apparatus contains means to cover an entire bed while directing pressurized conditioned air to specific zones of the bed. The invention also contemplates connection of two independent supplies of conditioned air into a single top layer of bedding under which multiple bed occupants sleep, to evenly distribute such independent supplies into specific dual zone areas. The apparatus achieves its function by utilizing materials that are ordinarily used in existing bed linens and comforters.

A first coil receives a first signal from a driver to generate a first magnetic field that moves an armature between an open and closed position. The second coil generates a second magnetic field generated by a current induced by the first coil into the second coil. The induced current is generated by an alternating current signal that is interposed onto a direct current signal sent to the first coil. The alternating current signal produces a time varying second magnetic field that induces heating of a magnetically active component with the fuel flow that in turn heats the fuel.

A pressure equalizer which equalizes the pressure within the container to the pressure on the opposite side of the diaphragm allows the measurement of the mass to occur independent of any variations and pressure within the container. Liquid within the mass of liquid within the container can be accurately measured such that a desired mass of liquid may be transmitted for further use. The liquid may be vaporized and transmitted as a vapor.

Then a cool-down timer of the control system efficiently cools down a heating coil of a burner assembly. The cool-down timer activates the water inlet assembly, the low pressure water supply assembly and the coil outlet assembly through a pair of solenoid valves in order to cool down the heating coil, where the thermal energy within the heating coil is removed from a phase change of water into water vapor and convection.
