Abstract: An energy-storage pen implement includes a base, a spiral knife assembly, a rotating plate, an elastic device and a pressing block. The base includes a first groove and a second groove, and the first groove is provided for inserting a pen implement. The spiral knife assembly is disposed at the first groove. The rotating plate is disposed at the first groove and connected to the spiral knife assembly. The elastic device is disposed at the second groove. One end of the pressing block is connected to the rotating plate, and another end of the pressing block is connected to the elastic device. When the elastic device moves resiliently to push the pressing block, the pressing block drives the rotating plate and the spiral knife assembly to rotate, thereby allowing the spiral knife to sharpen the tip of the pen implement.
Abstract: An electric pencil sharpener includes a body with an end cap connected to the front end thereof and an insertion hole is defined through the end cap. A blade assembly is located in the body and adjacent to the end cap. The blade assembly has a blade frame, a blade unit and two guide members. The blade frame has one end rotatably connected to the end cap and communicates with the insertion hole. The two guide members are connected to the front end and the rear end of the blade frame. The guide member on the rear end of the blade frame has a groove which guides pencil shavings to the collection portion. The driving unit is connected to the body to drive the blade assembly. The blade assembly is located adjacent to the insertion hole so as to reduce the length that the pencil is inserted into the sharpener.
Abstract: A pencil sharpener powered by a drill and a method of use are disclosed herein. The pencil sharpener is configured with a cutting mechanism to sharpen a non-circular carpenter pencil. The pencil sharpener has a housing body to receive pencil shavings from the pencil. The housing body has a slotted hole configured to receive the carpenter pencil and prevent excessive rotation of the pencil.
Abstract: An electric pencil sharpener is provided. This pencil sharpener includes a motor, a cutter assembly, mechanical means for operatively connecting the motor to the cutter assembly, and a housing. The cutter assembly includes a rotating carrier with at least two helical cutters mounted on the carrier. The mechanical means for operatively connecting the motor to the cutter assembly further includes a first gear assembly mechanically coupled to the motor; a second gear assembly mechanically coupled to the first gear assembly and to the cutter assembly; a gearbox for supporting the first and second gear assemblies; and a cover for enclosing the first gear assembly. The housing further includes a canopy and a base positioned underneath the canopy.
Abstract: The invention relates to a pencil sharpener, comprising a clamping chuck (1) that feeds a pencil rotationally fixed therein to a rotating milling device. The clamping chuck (1) comprises a plurality of locating tongues (8) pointing almost radially towards a clamp chuck axis (4) to fix the pencil, said tongues being connected to a holding frame(7) surrounding the clamp chuck axis (4) in such a way that they cannot rotate. When the holding frame (7) is pivoted around the clamp chuck axis (4), the locating tongues (8) are bent in the form of a unilaterally tensed bar spring and interacting with stops (15) of a clamp chuck housing (2, 3). The radial inner locating ends (10) of the locating tongues (8) are pivoted outwards to open the clamp chuck (1). The restoring tension of the bent locating tongues (8) is simultaneously used as closing tension for the clamp chuck (1).
