Abstract: A gutter broom system comprises a gutter broom that comprises a main structural body, a plurality of sweeping bristles depending from the main structural body, at least one opening in the main structural body for permitting a blast of air to pass through the main structural body as the gutter broom rotates. A gutter broom shroud is in surrounding relation to the gutter broom and defines a substantially hollow interior that receives the gutter broom. An air blast nozzle has an air outlet and is operatively mounted on one of the gutter broom shroud, the mounting means and the surface cleaning vehicle such that the air outlet is generally downwardly facing, for emitting a blast of air through the at least one opening in the main structural body towards the surface being cleaned, to thereby clean dirt from the surface being cleaned.

Abstract: A cosmetic brush system for applying a product to a surface is disclosed. The cosmetic brush system may include a displaceable cap coupled to a handle and a group of bristles fixed to one end of the handle. The displaceable cap may be slideably or peelably coupled to the handle. The handle may include ballast to position a centroid of the cosmetic brush closer to the end of the handle. In embodiments where the displaceable cap is a slideable cap, an end cap may be fixed to the end of the handle and the slideable cap and the end cap may form a uniform elongated cylindrical shape having the same outer diameter. The displaceable cap may also include a ventilation system. By virtue of having a displaceable cap permanently coupled to the handle of the cosmetic brush system, the user cannot misplace the cap and the system is portable and convenient.

The blade surface is entirely covered with particle removing hooks or finger-like projections, including a plurality of flat surfaces, and edges of the blade, allowing for the quick and easy removal of lint, hair, fuzz and pill balls of any shape and size, across broad surfaces or hard to reach areas of clothing and fabric.

Abstract: A paint brush (201) is provided. The brush comprises a bristle cluster (207) and a handle (202) for holding the cluster. The root end of the cluster is set into adhesive composition by a set depth X. The cluster comprises bristles of two or more different lengths. For a majority of the bristles the difference in length between a longest bristle and a shortest bristle is a range value Y. Y is less than X which means that one end of all bristles conforming to this rule must be embedded in adhesive composition but not all bristles will extend all the way to the tip end of the cluster. This ensures that bristles do not fall out of the handle while providing a tip end with reduced weight.

For another example, a third inner hole support and a fourth inner hole support define a second inner hole associated with a second size different than the first size. In some embodiments, a cleaning solution is applied to a wafer based on a first flow rate at a first brush position and based on a second flow rate at a second brush position. In this manner, a flow field associated with wafer cleaning is provided, thus enhancing cleaning efficiency, for example.

Infrared radiation generated by sweeping the ice is reflected by the reflective layer back towards the ice surface for further heating the ice surface.

Abstract: A heated hair-styling appliance for styling hair through heat is provided. The heated hair-styling appliance comprises a heating head having an outer shell covering at least part of the surface thereof, and an inner heat source core disposed within the inner part of the heating head, and a handle attached to a distal end of the heating head. The heated hair-styling appliance works in conjunction with an independent heating unit to heat up the inner heat source core, and the heat source core operationally supplies heat to heat up the outer shell for styling hair after it is being heated. A induction heating unit therefor is also provided.

[Solution means] A fiber bundle, which is composed of a number of short fibers prepared by cutting long fibers, is gripped between a set of U-shaped wires arranged to crisscross with each other to form a loop. The open ends of the U-shaped wires are pulled and twisted in opposite directions, so that the fibers at the portion gripped by the U-shaped wires are compressed to reduce the size of their bundled areas.

A paint applicator is associated with the base and fluidly coupled to the bladder via a manifold. The brushing of the surface of the tongue can dislodge and loosen material on the surface of the tongue. The surface of the tongue can be scraped using a tongue scraper of the tongue cleaning device to scrape dislodged and loosened material from the surface of the tongue. The foaming oral cleaner may be a composition comprising water, a foaming agent, a sweetener, a flavoring agent, an antimicrobial agent comprising a biologically active enzyme, a preservative, and a coloring agent.

Abstract: A hair brush that permits quick and easy removal of hair has a handle attached to a head. The head is made up of at least two frames that are mounted to the handle through cantilevers that permit movement of the frames relative to one another. The bristles are mounted to the frames, preferably in single rows. A force applied to one frame moves that frame relative to the other frame and the handle, thereby permitting the user to reach between the frames to remove any hair that is caught in the bristles. The brush allows a gap between the bristles to be enlarged, thereby making removal using human fingers much easier. Repeated movement and return of the frames to their resting position can cause the hair fibers to work away from the bristle bases and make removal much easier.
